This is not something very negative, but wanted to mention that the room was really clean, but the interior would require some improvements, as it was pretty used already. Nothing critical, just that expections would match the reality.

There was no kettle and no fridge in the room. Considering the price I would have expected a bit more service in the room. TV had only finnish channels.

Location perfect to go around Helsinki even close to the centre by walking distance. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever found in a hotel where you could choose between lactose free and gluten free options both savory and sweet. Best breakfast ever! Room was good, big shower and a lot of space in the bathroom. Safe box was present in the room and there was sufficient space in the wardrobe.

The room wasn't very clear. There were bottles left by previous guests in the desk drawer. The rooms facing on tha main street is not very quiet. You can hear the street well.

Room was pretty good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. WiFi was good. The breakfast was amazing and varied. The soundproofing of the rooms is good.

My room was a bit noisy because of traffic, but I actually got used to it after the first night.

Great location right next to Hakaniemi metro station. My room was very clean. Friendly staff. The air cond worked really well, I like to get my room a bit cooler at night.

Quite good location 10-15 minutes by walk to to the city center. Central communication point, airport bus stops next to the hotel. Wonderful breakfast! Big variety of local and international food.

The breakfast room was very full at a certain point and it was a bit hard to find seating then. There could have been a little couch or a chair or something else in the room for watching TV.

Lots of space and a good room with a nice bathroom. Opportunity to regulate the room temperature by termostat, windows and fan.

We paid when arriving, so when leaving at morning, we could just drop our room keys to a box. The location is very nice, half of the busses, trams and the metro stop right next to the hotel.

Interior of shared spaces is a bit oldschool, but that doesn't matter too much. Sauna hours could be longer :)

Breakfast selection was much better than we expected. The only downside, as usually, is that breakfast is always the same, but it was not a problem here. Sauna every evening free of charge - great! Entrance to hotel - straight from airport bus. Other transport options - within few steps. Staff was very responsive - at first, we arrived much earlier amd we got to enter the room, but at the end they helped to hold our luggage at other hotel, closer to our next transport.

The room was very hot. I don’t think the air-conditioning was functioning properly and the windows were locked closed. Maybe a personal thing as we prefer cooler room temperatures especially overnight.

Clean, modern comfortable hotel in a convenient part of Helsinki. Super efficient and friendly staff who were very helpful. Excellent breakfast choice.

The staff was professional and ready to assist (giving information about the bus to the airport etc.). The room was cozy and nice, I enjoyed the stay. There is a sauna in the hotel- it was a nice opportunity! The breakfast was good. I will definitely come back if I will be in Helsinki again.

Liked everything.

Really amazing breakfast with many choices even before the official breakfast time (if you have to leave early in the morning). Humus was amazing. There are vegan and vegetarian options. Oat milk and regular milk. Chives to go with your cottage cheese! Really great! I also loved the shower - did not injure myself getting in and out. Very comfortable and spacious. Sauna is available. Great location.

The problem in Helsinki is that the hotels don't provide free parking. So it's everybodys own responsibility to find a solution for that.

Good location in a centeal area of Helsinki. Restaurants and shops are very close. No problem to find a place for dinner. Staff was friendly. Downstairs lounge area was nice place to have tea and relax with friend. Bed was very confortable and enjoyed a hot shower too.

The room itself was not as clean and tidy as I would have expected. There were stains on chair and bed, marks on floor. The room lacked a fridge. Sometimes there seemed to be difficulty maintaining hot water in the shower. There was no toilet brush. Housekeeping was variable, sometimes would replace towels, sometimes not, regardless as to whether you hung them up as instructed! Towels were thin and sometimes appeared stained.

Perfect location, short walk or tram ride from most City Centre sights. Breakfast was amazing, a wide selection available! Room was simple but neat and slightly quirky! Staff very friendly at reception and at breakfast.
