Not a negative but it is a spiral narrow staircase - advice for people with large bags. Would have been great to have a few coffee pods for the machine. Shower nozzle does not work very well, the water comes out like a hard running tap.

Property was very commutable and clean. Easy to find location. Very busy neighbourhood but the apartment was very quiet. Located next to great breakfast, lunch and dinner options.

Can be a bit noisy at nights as next to lively places, so if you are light sleeper beware. Wasn't problem for us,

It's nice flat, conveniently located at the center of Bordeaux. Plenty of restaurants around and nearby square. Conveniently, underwound parking is just a 3 min walk, which made it super useful for us. Highly recommended.

Minor comment, some hangers on the wall to the right of the entrance door would be a useful addition.

It was spacious and had the essential facilities. The bed was firm how we like it. Good location, handy for local transport.

Room with the sofa bed was very bright with the pharmacy light, needed an eye mask and then would have been all good!

Kamil was very welcoming and the apartment was clean and thankfully air conditioned. Handy location too right next to the main square and a nice bakery.

Superb spacious accommodation in the centre of town. Apartment has been well renovated and a great place to stay.

It is located centrally and very convenient but in a bit of a sketchy area. Bathroom was a bit mouldy. Would have been nice to have soap in the shower.

MY personal fault Third floor, narrow winding stair case and me do not mix as I am claustrophobic! Kamil and Etoile did everything for me!

key collection EVERYTHING was perfect and Etoile and Kamil are the best! My problem is that I am claustrophobic and to stay on the third floor with a winding stair way was not for me KAMIL and his wife Etoile did everything possible and I moved to another of their properties SOOOO perfect.

A very minor niggle - the fridge has a freezer compartment which doesn't have a door so things got a bit frozen (until we reduced the setting on the fridge).

Great location - we'd gone for the top floor apartment and were more than happy with it. Clean and comfortable with excellent WiFi. Collected and returned the keys to the alimentation over the way - this worked really well for us. For breakfast, pastries from the excellent bakery, eaten at one of the many good cafes on the square, was perfect. A good pizzeria on the square plus 2 meals at La Tupina ... would return to Bordeaux just to eat again at La Tupina.

We didn’t feel safe in the area. There were some nice restaurants in the area but the area felt a bit seedy. We were coming home late one night when a man followed us and tried to get in the apartment door behind us. My husband managed to push the door closed but the man started banging on the door. It was a scary experience

Clean comfortable apartment. Excellent air conditioning which we needed as it was 38 degrees one day during our stay. Host was friendly and accommodating. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Good shower. We had made a mistake with our flights and booked 4 nights instead of 3. We only discovered this the week before we travelled. Kamil very kindly refunded us for the extra night.

Great location. Clean. Good coffee machine. The main bed is comfy. The heaters worked.

A bad smell was coming from the bathroom drains. The sofa bed needs a real sheet - we slept on a duvet cover. The bathroom sink is tiny. Low water pressure made the shower less enjoyable. A good sharp knife, a cutting board and a can opener are missing in the kitchen.
