Parking is provided, but it cost an extra 12euro per day and was a walk with suitcases from the hotel.

The Hotel is in the centre of old Troyes which was beautiful to walk around and admire all the old architecture. There were plenty of restaurants close by to chose from.

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the city and the parking facilities are a short walk away, very convenient. Stepping outside the hotel you are right in the middle of the old town with lots of restaurants and bars within minutes. The room was fina nd the hotel was very accomodating in making the room into twin beds. The breakfast was good.

Because the location was in central Troyes, we heard traffic noise early in the morning.

Central location was extremely convenient. We opted for a larger room which was comfortable and spacious. The staff were very helpful with our enquiries. Secure car parking was a short walk away from the hotel.

The inconvenience of the one-way system around the town to get to the car park!

We’ve stayed in this hotel a few times as it’s well situated in Troyes & for our drive across France to Spain. It’s ’boutique’ in style & comfortable.

Water pressure on shower was a little light, and the hairdryer wasn’t working properly and they didn’t have a spare.

Location, staff, cleanliness, bar, reception and dining areas felt classy after the refurbishment (we didn’t use the spa).

The breakfast was disappointing- cold eggs and had to make own hot chocolate with a sachet. Expected a bit more and nicer items.

This is a very lovely hotel overall. Dog friendly and has secure parking around the corner with chargers for electric cars. There is a lift/elevator as well as stairs. Comfortable room and spacious in junior suite. Nice details like Nuxe products and wellness courtyard. Nice staff who speak English as well.

The breakfast was really not special and often not refilled. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cutlery was very dirty and cleanliness overall not at 4 star level. We paid for a small dog but there was no service to go with it at all like any amenities to provide water for example. The bar is quite small and the only area in the hotel to spend a moment outside the room though the offered drinks were limited particular cocktails. There was no option to have a snack with it at all provided by the hotel. Food options are only outside the hotel or if you order from outside delivery service and have that delivered to the room. There is a small room service option but no freshly made meals provided. Since the room is under the roof tall people have to always remember to not knock their head and shower facility is a bit tight for tall people.

The family suite (room 304) was just beautiful and clean. We really loved it. The receptionist working that evening was just super kind and helpful. It was really a pleasure having such a positive attitude and service oriented person around. The Spa we did not test so not able to state on this. The hotel is very local and there are plenty of restaurants around. It has a separate and closed parking which is about a 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

There were issues with the wifi, which were eventually resolved. You cannot take your own drinks at breakfast, but they forgot to bring the ones we ordered The parking garage is hard to reach and the spaces are really small
