Getting hot water in basin from proximity sensor wasted lots o cold water... save water notices contradict this. Wet rooms are just that. Water everywhere. Wash basin too low for people that are not disabled. Unable to wash in hot water apart from showering as could only obtain warm water. Is this safe to drink...

We were offered better facilities. A room for the disabled. But turned out that the advantages were outweighed by the disadvantages.

we only found out after we booked it and couldn’t get a refund, but there was no dinner, but there was a restaurant opposite. Breakfast could be better.

Breakfast finished at 0900, which was a bit earlier than we would have liked.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. bathroom was a wet room which was very good for my wife who has limited mobility. Room provided was opposite reception on the ground floor.

Not sure if I should have specified a non-smoking room but room 109 I was allocated smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Car parking was very limited. Like a lot of Campanile hotels I stay in the decor is getting to the point when it urgently needs a revamping.

Meal was nice and the breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Decent outside dining area.

When we arrived at the property no one was there so we could enter in to our room there for we had to look for the another hotel

We couldn’t event check in as when we arrived at the property no one was there and try to call them while we we waiting outside the property no one answered . As I have already sent the msg to the propety that we are stuck in the traffic so will be there just after midnight . As we arrived no one was there and they didn’t even bother to response my message . At the end we have to look for another hotel to stay . Very disappointed with the service as and I look forward to refund .

Location on a kind of industrial estate, hard to find. No restaurant meals on Saturday night. Felt much more like 2 star than 3 star

Reception staff were friendly, breakfast staff less so. Handy for motorway. Nearby buffalo grill was good

The neighborhood without any charm but I didn't came for that Nothing else

The closed parking 🅿️ since I came with my 🏍️. The fact that your can eat something in the evening without having to go outside. You can make your own coffee or tea in the room. You can work on your computer in the room no problem you have plenty of space to do that. And nice receptionist.

The bed was uncomfortable, it seemed to slant, dark rooms, extra pillows smelt. Outside area's very dirty and noisy neighbours from outside the hotel grounds.

The campanile hotel was a little sad, it needed cleaning better, the bed was not comfy and the extra pillows had a damp smell , we didnt use them. The the receptionist was run off her feet, booking in guests and taking orders for food, also clearing tables, good food and breakfast.

worst hotel I ever stayed in. mattress had a big hump in the middle of mattress and big hole on one side. couldn’t sleep. food was bad and expensive and when we asked for bread at breakfast we were told it would be a waste to give us more. hairdryer didn’t work as well as air conditioning. staff told us to read the instructions to sort it out. after trying to sort it out following instructions, it still wouldn’t work
