It’s further away from the city centre than expected, but the train is just 2 minutes walking.

Very clean and the rooms are quite big. The staff is very patient and friendly, even takes us to our room. The breakfast is also very good.

The location was fantastic, near a metro station and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Good price for Paris at this time of year. Felt very safe walking around the area at night. The bed was comfortable.

The view from the window wasn't great. When I opened the window, I could see nothing but the wall of another building.

The room and its amenities were clean. The bathroom (particularly the shower booth) was bigger than I expected for a single hotel room in Paris. They provided a bottle of free water for free.

The WIFI is poor in some isolated rooms. If you are on the main corridor WIFI is good

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to some metro stations. It felt safe to walk there at night (always minding your surroundings) and the staff are very friendly. The single room I stayed was pleasant, functional and the bathroom had been renovated and clean so it was nice to use and shower. As in all central Paris, rooms are tiny so don't expect anything bigger than stated in their description, however, this room felt big as it had a nice spacious bathroom! Good enough for 1 traveller

No kettle /fridge in room, but they allowed us to use one near reception. 2nd floor room with small staircase with no lift for our room.

Room 28 quadruple room was spacious. Opening windows. Renovated bathrooms. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. Small supermarkets down stairs. Bakery's nearby. Some great kebab / falafel shops 10min away (we are vegetarian so our food options are quite limited). Close to public transport but we took uber everywhere. Luggage service.

I booked the room with the Eiffel view (landmark view on Booking) and when i checked-in, I got this horrible smelly room. I went to the reception to have it changed. They told me the room with a view was already taken, which was a shame. But they gave me another better room which was much better then the first one. So be careful if you want the view!

Internet dropped twice, the longer time for an hour. I was locked out at least 30 min before check out time and had to ask for my key to be reset to get my bags. The hallway on the first floor was dark.

Nice shower pressure. Very clean. Carpeted. It is 30 min walk to the Eiffel tower and close to a lot of eating places, groceries, Mc Donald's, shopping, park and the metro. There is an option for the hotel to call you an airport taxi and keep your bags at check out until it arrives. I was very comfortable for my 5 night stay. The breakfast was great at 12 euro.

We had to wait too long for our room to be ready. I wrote an e-mail, asking if there is an opportunity for early check-in. There was not an opption for our room. We left our luggage and went for a walk. After we came back we recieved the card for the room, but when we got to the room we realised that it was not ready and had to wait till 15:30 for the cleaning.

The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is 30 min walking to the Eiffel Tower. The room was big enough. It was quiet at the night. The garden is beautiful and quiet place to relax. The beds are comfortable.

My room had a fabulous view of the top of the Eiffel Tower, which is great. The bed was comfortable, and the room could be warmed with AC.

Indeed we had two rooms but located upstairs, which for me personally was a challenge to climb the countless interior stairs, and the bathroom was in one room and the toilet in the other!

Nothing. The heating was making a very small noise, so was the exhaust in the bathroom. We switched off the heating and then it was perfect.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed as the door handle was broken.

The staff especially Marc was very helpful and friendly. Location was good as well with easy connections via metro to most sights in Paris.
