We absolutely loved Le Churchill. From the minute we walked in Stephanie and her team made us feel welcome and at home. This is such a wonderful, warm, friendly hotel. You can see the personal touch and care that goes into making this such a clean and comfortable hotel and in making guests feel welcome. The hotel is in a great area, very peaceful and quiet but a short walk to restaurants and shops, and almost right on the beach. All of the rooms, spa and other facilities were immaculately clean and well looked after. I cant wait for the chance to go back again.

The bath waste was broken/faulty and the main shower didn't work at all. With the waste being faulty, a bath wasn't an alternative. Only the hand held shower worked. The large glass screen, between the main bedroom and bathroom with in built venetian blind, also wasn't working to adjust the tilt of the blind so it was possible to see people from the main bedroom who were in the bathroom, particularly at night when the light was on in the bathroom. We had workmen install a new lock on the door ( they were replacing /updating all of the door locks) and also the main water went off one afternoon without notice during our stay. As a 4 star hotel there is an expectation all of the facilities will all function correctly.

Room was excellent. Balcony was very nice. Virginia on reception was superb and a real credit to the hotel. Eric was also very professional, polite and helpful. The room domestic lady was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and overall would recommend. There is no evening meal option in the hotel. Free car parking is readily available on the road outside the hotel. The hotel has a small internal parking (5 places ) at 12 euros per night.

All excellent - cannot fault anything. Located right next to the beach, liked the underground, secure parking for my motorcycle. Staff were all very friendly, spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help to make our stay superb. The view of the beach and sea from the balcony was a real delight. Breakfast was excellent and very well presented with lots of choice.

There were one or two minor issues with the room we had booked, and we were moved to a better room very promptly and courteously. Really helpful and friendly team running this lovely hotel at the eastern end of Carnac-Plage, with its lovely sandy beaches.

We only stayed for 1 night, but it was very comfortable. Perfect room to sleep our family of 4. Fabulous view from the balcony, comfortable bed and the swimming pool was a lovely treat for our children. The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, she even called me to let me know we had left a teddy behind.

The location was perfect for us, 15 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, so it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I parked the car in their private secure undergound car park for a little extra. The whole area is great to explore by car, including Quiberon.

For us the main thing that let the hotel down was the total unavailability of any food during the day (wine was available). The hotel is 20 mins walk from the town so we had to walk or drive to get any food during the day. I understand it's basically a b&b but in such a high quality hotel with pool and daytime spa facilities etc it would have been nice to be able to purchase some snacking food.

The location was excellent, room was very comfortable and spa facilities very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good except plates were not cleared between courses resulting in cluttered tables!

Only two downsides were the lack of a bar in the evening and the fact I couldn’t get poolside in my wheelchair.

The staff were fantastic and our prestige room was perfect for me as a wheelchair user. It was contemporary and very comfortable. The sea view was perfect and the pool area looked lovely. Very comfortable walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops but at quieter end of the beach

No bar, can only access wine before 1945 so we had to go to SuperU to shop so we could have an evening drink on our terrace 🫤

The staff, especially Virginie, were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had a flood from the shower which filled the bathroom and into the bedroom but she took it all in her stride and reassured me. The shower door didn’t fit well unfortunately. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we had a huge terrace on the 3rd floor with excellent seating, and the dogs loved being able to watch what was going on below.
