There were no dedicated changing rooms in the spa, but we were able to use the bathroom so it wasn't a major issue in the end.

Everything, the hotel was in excellent condition, with large friendly rooms and some excellent facilities. The spa area was very clean and relaxing with a variety of things to enjoy. The breakfast was wonderful and there was only a 10/15 mins walk MAX to everything in the town.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.😊

Our room was large with a very comfortable bed, lots of storage and a small balcony with a view of the village and the mountains. Breakfast was generous and offered a lot of variety. Parking was convenient and it was a quick walk to activities and restaurants.

You need to pre-book the spa and it is too busy anyway, it really needs enlarging to compète with other places.

Lots of facilities. Downstairs there are games tables and could make for a fun night, although we had a quiet one. Breakfast included lots of choice. Staff were helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were glad to provide suggestions to tourists who first come to Chamonix like us. The room is clean with complete facilities. We could enjoy beautiful scenery of the mountain through the window. Sitting in the cute balcony is a good way to relax.

No parking space was available, as I understood it’s a common thing in Chamonix but it would be amazing to have an option of booking it in advance even if it requires the additional payment On the checkout staff assisted us with a luggage, lots of thanks to them one more time. But on the checkin we had to take all the heavy luggage out of the car ourselves (and we couldn’t park the car and go one by one for example), then to put it to the trolley ourselves and etc. Again, we would be ready to pay for the luggage service if it was offered rather then carry super heavy things during the vacation

Bunk room was a little awkward as there aren’t any outlets. Had the sofa bed set up as bed which we loved. Never was able to find cushions to convert it to a couch, but also didn’t ask since we weren’t spending much time in the room. Hallway carpets stained.

The location is a short walk to town or to busses. Room was spacious and nice. Every kind of kit imaginable in the room (sewing, shaving, etc). Front desk and bartender went above and beyond.

No UK TV channels or resort webcams. On the day of our departure whilst waiting for our transfer, unable to get a drink at the bar around lunchtime, 13.00pm. Missed opportunity in our view.

Lovely room, free resuseable water bottle at check in, used spa which was great, breakfast fantastic spread and so much choice, really delicious. Has a ski hire shop attached where the staff member was very helpful.
