How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My understanding was I was to receive breakfast as part of the room rate, when I booked. We had booked for only one night. I was charged 30 euro for two breakfasts the morning of departure.
Good location, walking distance to restaurants.

We checked in early in the morning at 2 am and the front desk assistant at that time was rude and not helpful at all. We have an about 5 suitcases and no proper info and guidance were provided. The room is not up to the standard for what we paid. Bed is way too small and there was an issue with the phone and the bath room shower as well. We are mostly outside the hotel for the whole day only need a comfortable place to sleep and freshen up. Have spoken to the Manger Rosey about the issue and she has been very helpful and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you Rosey.
Did not had breakfast there because there is so many good option outside in the city.

The room I stayed in the first night was a bit run down and the tv both nights / stats didn’t work
It’s fantastic for a stop over from the airport . The hotel offers a shuttle but to the airport. The rooms are large and although can vary a bit in quality are generally very good value and spacious and quiet. The bar is very comfor table and the Japanese bar was very good. Very friendly driver to the airport in the shuttle bus

Too many flies in my room throughout my stay especially at night. The staff also mistake my personal towels as hotel towels and they were never replaced till i left.

Lots of flies in the lobby, the bar and the restaurant - in January! Despite being hungry I avoided eating anything in the hotel because the flies were literally everywhere and the staff seems to accept it as OK. Also - the Irish Bar no longer exists and has been transformed into a 'Japanese Restaurant' that resembles an old MacDonalds.

there are flies in the room and the interiors are quite old (which includes the sofa, carpet)
The staffs were attentive and they had free shuttle bus to the airport.

Wake-up call did not arrive! I love the antique furniture, gives charm, but it needs repair.
The servers in the Pub Lounge were amazing! Souad and Mattie went out of their way to make a beautiful meal. Also, the Shuttle Driver Jedi from Senegal, was super, so kind, helpful, and cheerful!

The night employee could’ave been better with his explanations, his english was too fast, it was hard to understand him with his heavy accent.

Gym needs more dumbels , many are missing , breakfast is good but it is not changing at all so some extra choices would be good for the price of it.
Fair stay for the business trip. Bar on the ground floor has good cook and nice IPA. Very calm and relaxed neighbourhood if you do not care for plains sound.

Not having a local cell service, we could not call the hotel to be picked up at the airport by the shuttle. Luckily we were familiar with the bus service to the hotel's area from a previous trip and could reach the hotel that way. One staff member was a bit rude but it was one passing comment.

Communication was a bit of a challenge because most of the workers there do not speak english and the few that do speak still was a problem to understand( sometimes)
The place was clean. It has sound proof walls, we couldn’t hear the sounds of the plane.

Location, less than 10mins shuttle bus ride from CDG however if missed the service ride taxi too pricey for less than 10 mins ride. No other options. Luck of recognition from the staffs esp FD. Key card not working everytime I access my room. Power outlet all located behind the dresser or table or night table.
