You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaBreakfast was a little disappointing as staff did not pay attention to refreshing lots of the items offered. With several tour groups staying , if you came after them the breakfast spread would be devastated but if you could find staff we learnt by end of week we could get supplies refreshed.
Our room was lovely and large and offered fresh air and air conditioning. Plus we had a nice divan to sit on whilst watching the tv. There was plenty of car parking and security at the hotel was excellent.

This was a nice efficient Novotel and we simply needed that kind of stay. It was not near enough to the things I wanted to see in AIX or near the heart of town so only stay if you don't have to be within walking distance of your attractions

United KingdomThe hotel was a little tired. The carpet in our room looked dirty and needed replacing. Our room was on the side closest to the autoroute and was quite noisy so travellers should request a room at the front! The swimming pool was colder than the September Mediterranean but is a reasonable size for a hotel.
The hotel is easy to drive too, just off the autoroute and with good car parking. The staff were friendly, helpful, and many spoke good English. The restaurant was good, a short menu but food well prepared and nicely presented. Breakfasts were also very good. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from Aix old centre and is also on a bus route into town.

MaltaCarpet in room stained and needs changing badly, curtains very worn , sink stained with rust, bedside tables are a joke too small! Fridge should be elevated and not on the floor, access to it is not that easy!

United Kingdomthere were some technical issues with our room. lights not working, very dated rooms, chipboard wall paper and plastic bathrooms. but comfortable. just wasn’t expecting a family of 4 to be squished in a room for 2.
property was in a good location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. swimming pool although small was very pleasant to swim in. restaurant was well laid out and breakfast was superb.

DenmarkThe staff during breakfast was too busy. It was quite clear that the breakfast capacity was not high enough, compared to the number of guests that had booked/payed for breakfast. There was constantly missing bread, coffee etc, and the staff was doing their best, but was clearly undermanned.
