Uncomfortable, broken mattress. The room is not soundproofed, so you can hear the noise from the street at night, so we didn't get much sleep. The interior of the room recalls times 20 years ago. Low-quality toilet paper, lack of toilet brush

Rooms were dated and beds not that comfortable, small pillows, sofa was old and bathroom and toilet can do with updating , mould in tiles , carpets musty

3 stars maybe on a good day, but..never a 4 star, in my opinion. Many things were a bit off: when we arrived at the hotel (15.20, when check-in starts at 15), the room wasn't ready. Annoying after 5h of driving.. not even sorry at the reception, not an effort to compensate anyway (even with a drink while waiting etc., which is a minimum since it's their mistake).. after waiting in a lobby for 25min we got to the room. The room itself was outdated, sink wasn't flushing properly, toilet was a closet from 1982 with 1-ply rough toiletpaper-wannabe. 4 stars? I think not..dirty as well.

Breakfast was ok, some things were illogically placed, lacked fresh berries/vegetables..ok, but not 4-star standard. Location was good, no getting away from that! Common areas were ok as well, staff mostly friendly.

I wouldn't pick out anything, really enjoyed our stay.

Good location in the centre, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Cafes and Bars as well as for sightseeing. Sita above a chopping centre which is good and of course it has an outdoor swimming pool.

Nice an clean hotel in the middle of Metz. Downtown shopping and cathedral were very close.

1) Large (10cm) brown stain on the carpeting by the desk/TV 2) Fan had been turned on in the room, but AC was off, which meant that with 20C outside, it was warm oin the room. Adding to that, the quilt in the bed was thick enough it added to the discomfort. We eventally figured out how to turn the AC on, and removed the quilt to only keep its sleeve, but then the AC/Fan was loud enough to not provide a restful sleep. 3) Overall dated building, popcorn walls in room.

Central location right in the downtown of Metz and near large squares with restaurants and terrasses. The breakfast was nice, with a large selection of breakfast types, including fresh croissants, coldcuts, eggs, bacon and sausages.

Outdated hotel, the room was like from 80’s. Stayed in the room 118, carpet missing in walkway, to reach the room. Why would they let the room out. Only One lift serving floors, which was always busy and slow. Mini fridge in the room - not working. No power sockets to charge phones, etc. nothing next to bed too. One power socket in the room, used by Kettle and stand lamp, where to charge phones? No USB plugs to charge ether. We end up asking at reception for extension, because this is not acceptable. I wish we asked for a better room instead. Was expecting a lot better facilities for this price, if I knew better would have stayed in another hotel for 50% cheaper price.

poor breakfast, parking is very crowded and it's difficult to find the lots near the entrance to the hotel. The main entrance from the street is very strange - you have to use elevator which is very slow. The overal feeling around the hotel is not safe.

There is a car park beneath the hotel but we couldnt use it as the height restriction doesnt allow for a roof box. We did manage to park in Coisin open car park which is a short walk away. The hotel is directly above the station and there was a bit of a scuffle going on when we arrived which was a bit unsettling initially but seemed to be fine once the station had closed up and next day.

The hotel is easy to get to from the motorway and located centrally so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, bars etc Room was a reasonable size, clean and modern Nice to have a pool, which was a good size

Airconditioning is very soft! There are a small options for gluten free like we had in novotel rome! (Only two breads). When we type the adres, google maps show us other place.
