Location is excellent. Apartment has very good vibe, clean and spacious for Paris. we arrived early and and it was ready for us. Had to phone and very pleasant and helpful staff to dealt with. Would absolutely recommend.

Just be aware, it's a tiny lift, as it's an old building and a retrofit. Perfectly functional, glad we didn't have to haul our bags up the 5 flights of stairs!

Host easily contactable by text/whatsapp, detailed instructions to access property. Clean and a good size. Great location, a few supermarkets nearby, loads of restaurants and cafes, lively nightlife. 15 minute walk to the Louvre and River Seine, perfect for signt-seeing.

Unfortunately, my experience at the apartments was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the washing machine in use with no instructions on how to operate it. Additionally, some items in the apartment were not functioning properly, and the lighting was inadequate. Considering the issues we encountered, I don't feel the apartments offer good value for money and I cannot recommend them. However, one positive aspect was the convenient opening process via the application without the need for a lockbox, which was great for groups and made sharing access much easier.

The apartment wasn’t that clean, the bed inside the sofa had the net broken, the communication with the host was poor before and after getting to the house, we needed extra blanket and the response was very late and useless (because I don’t think the heating system was working everywhere in the house)

where do I start. we were a party of three and we was fully aware of the sofa bed. the sofa bed was so unclean all three of us had to sleep on the one bed. every room was dirty. only gave us two toilet rolls for the whole trip which was 5 days. Most of the plug sockets wouldn’t work. The place looked really run down and wasn’t like the picture at all. definitely not worth that we paid per person. i am extremely disappointed.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with no lift. The building is extremely old. The kitchen was missing some essential items such as a plug for the sink and a toaster.

The street location was great. The photos online were true to the actual apartment. The apartment has a nice feel and is nicely furnished.

We didn't mind but take notice it's on a 6th floor with no elevator. Shower curtain should be already exchanged. We would like to come back, for sure!

The apartment is beautiful - we had this idea of living in old time Paris :) It's small but cosy and comfy. We got access by calling the owner. Perfect location.

In front of the primary bedroom, the first bathroom needs a true fan to ventilate the bathroom quickly. I am aware there is a duct already connected to the elevation of the building to circulate, but ventilating air through a long duct needs a mechanical force to push it all out. One of the doors for the wardrobe in the primary bedroom is missing a pull handle, and the other one needs a proper fix. Comparing what I didn't like to what I did is almost nothing. My feedback comment is just for making your apartment a better place. Many thanks for making our first visit to Paris very pleasant.

The apartment is spotless, neat, and well maintained. The decorations and the books made me feel I was home and not just a rented place. The TV is quite large, although the TV bundle is not good, since it is a smart TV, I was able to get all the cartoons for the kids. The heaters are very efficient. Spare pillows and extra bed sheets are available. Thanks for such an apartment, and of course, if I ever come back to Paris, I would rent the same. The apartment is very well equipped, TV, Laundry, Fans, Frig, stove, and microwave. All were fully operational and made our breakfast and dinner very easy. "Especially when you have kids." The lift to the apartment is relatively small in size. And the location is maxed 200 meters from the nearest metro station. Many restaurants and cafes surround the area, making our morning and evening life very easy.
