I love the LOCATION!!!! It’s strategically situated between 2 stations so its easy to navigate! Also the city center is just at the main road, few steps aways. Also easy to find by google maps. We also had a good view from the balcony.

Room is small and a little cramped. But price reflects this, and is fair.

Great location near the train station -- perfect for exploring other towns. Location also close to main shopping street and trams -- perfect for exploring Nice.

The room was nice and the cleanliness of it exceeded my expectations (it was cleaned everyday). The location was also good, near the train station but also really near the center. I would recommend it, if you don't want to spend too much money but still want to be comfortable.

The breakfast for 8 euro definitely doesn't worth it. Instead of it check nice places around the hotel.

The location is amazing 2 minutes from train station. Good value for money. Clean room but the walls are thin.

Luggage storage is not in a separate locked room, but in an open space in front of the reception desk. Wifi was not fast and reliable, I often experienced connection drops.

I needed a place to stay for the night. I was on my own and the hotel was affordable, safe, in a great location with helpful staff. Ithe room was small but it was a single room so it was perfect for me. The hotel was quiet and very, very clean.. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station and about 10 minutes walk tom the tram stop to the airport.

Too warm in early April, and there is no way to turn on the air-conditioned. The breeze was nice when the windows. However, it was impossible to sleep with loud noises outside

I stayed in a single room, which was perfect and very clean,but could hear TV noise from other rooms ,and tea making facilities, would be a plus.

For anyone spending a few days to tour the area and visit monaco and cannes as well,this hotel, could not be better positioned. It is only 200m from nice ville station, and the trains run regularly to both destinations.

Very few options for breakfasts, we did pay €8pp and we were provided few croissants, baguette, butter, Nutella and Jam, and a couple types of cereals. Coffee did taste as instant,kept at warm pots. Slightly disappointing as for money value, better to go to any nearest càfe at the corner. But reading reviews I should be aware of that.

Room clean, beds comfortable, good location as close to public transport, beach,old town. Nice helpful staff, speak English.

Zero complaints!

(Review based on short stay not full holiday) staff were very friendly/helpful (I asked for an extra pillow… no problem!!) literally mins from the train station for ongoing journey, and metro , 2 stops from the beach, 20mins rain trip to Cannes, 20 mins to Monaco… weather was gorgeous! what’s not to love?

The Wifi was only available by signing up with an email address. For privacy reasons, I did not wish to give out my email and there were no alternatives. I had to use my own phone wifi connection. This resulted in extra charges as I was using my own Wifi and hot spot to work on my laptop. I really wish the hotel had provided a free or paid Internet access without email sign-in. It would have enabled me to get a lot more work done faster and saved me a lot of time. The bathroom had a strange smell coming from the vent every time the fan came on. Perhaps this is because the buildings are old in Nice. A few times, It made me think twice about going in to shower in that bathroom. That was the only difficult thing to deal with. I could not change my room because I had already booked it for 2 weeks and needed to stay in this area.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were excellent and made my stay very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and my room was alwsys clean and tidy. The location is very central, a 3-minute walk to the train station, 3 minutes away from the tram stop, an 18-minute walk to the beach. There are lots of coffee shops and excellent fairly-priced restaurants only minutes walk from the hotel. A nove grocery shop, Monoprix, is a 5-minute walk away.

The Wi-Fi signal is very bad, and hardly ever it worked inside the room.

Excellent value for cost. The hotel is very clean and easy to access by public transportation.
