Getting woken up by rubbish bins rolling at 6am! Slight noise from the surrounding, including the upstairs flat… but that might be just me picking on details!

If I had to pick one thing, the least pleasant bit was parking. Whilst I managed to find on street parking on both nights, it's the additional stress of not knowing whether you will find a space and how many streets away that we did not like.

The location on the high Street was great. The apartment has all the amenities one needs and is comfortable. It's beautifully furnished and cosy.

Key box was temperamental, stairs were steep but OK with the very robust hand rail.

Excellent location, very comfortable and very well presented, everything as described in the advert, Kitchen very well equipped and as promised, all cleaning products supplied.

As this is next to the local bakers, I could hear them from about 3 or 4am, and the grocers deliveries are noisy from about 6am, but I do have quite extreme hearing. . I am an early bird but some might need ear plugs. My friend sleeps with earplugs and couldn't hear them at all and slept through until 8am each day. If am being picky, the shower doors are a bit annoying and noisy. Otherwise all good.

Lovely apartment, great facilities, fab central location and despite it being busy, was easy to park outside over night. Car park close by for other times. Local grocers, cafés, restaurants either opposite or easy walking distance. Lovely to have some tea & coffee in the cupboard on arrival, though Co-Op & Tesco open until 10pm. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - it was great

Super clean, nicely decorated and lovely big bathroom, with nice little touches like a well equipped kitchen with the essentials like coffee, oil etc. and Netflix for guests. The location is very close to the station and a few minutes from country walks and wild horses - really glad we chose to stay here.

The road at the front of the property could be a little noisy early in the morning. However, I am a light sleeper.

Amazing clean and comfortable apartment right in the heart of beautiful Brockenhurst. Shops, restaurants, tea rooms, pubs all in 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend.

We didn't realise we needed to bring our own sheets for the cot and had to improvise.

Lovely stay with our baby. The apartment was well set up for a young family with a travel cot and high chair provided. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was comfortable with space for a mobile baby to roam around safely without any sharp edges! The location was perfect - right by the shops but very little street noise. We were minutes from the moorland and forest and a ten minute walk to the train station. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Brockenhurst and the surrounding area.

NOISE! Unfortunately on both nights we were woken at 0500 by the noise of either rubbish collection one morning and deliveries the other with the moving/dragging of heavy bins under the front bedroom. There was no relaxing mornings for the two nights we stayed. I strongly recommend ear plugs of something to help sleep. The garage which is useful for a small car has a very difficult closing mechanism and needs greeting or servicing as it would be difficult for many people to use easily. Lastly stair carpets although I am sure were clean looked scruffy.

Excellent location in the centre of Brockenhurst near all shops and restaurants. The property is very clean and well equipped with all necessary items. Flat 1 has use of a garage for a small car which if you have a small car is very useful. A home from home in every sense. Communication with hosts excellent.

A clean, spacious, light property in a great location. Plus very close to some lovely restaurants, and a local grocery shops and post office across the road. great that the flat has a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a garage to park your car (if your car is short enough - my Ford Fiesta fitted comfortably)

Recommend earplugs. Our stay included a Thursday night and the commercial bins at the back of the back bedroom were collected at 5:30am on the Friday morning. It was really noisy, but if you wear earplugs you’ll be fine (I can’t wear them!) Also towels could do with being replaced, they were quite small, thin and a little threadbare.

Excellent location right on main shopping street with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and a wine bar. Also not far to wild open spaces within walking distance. Very good facilities including condiments in the kitchen, plenty of tea towels, hooks, firewood in the garage (we saw that too late and had already bought our own from Tesco Express just down the road), hand wash. Also comfy sofas. The hosts were great - quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you.
