Lovely rooms (only 4 rooms at the hotel), great size and facilities.

We didn't see many staff at all after the initial booking in as we left quite early in the morning before the restaurant (and front door) were open. This isn't really a negative, just a bit different. The only negative comment on an otherwise beautiful bathroom is that with so much potential space, the shower cubicle is quite tight. Maybe a slightly smaller bath would enable a bit more space in the shower.

8 Beresford st is a restaurant with rooms, rather than a hotel with restaurant. We were greeted by a very pleasant member of restaurant staff who took us to our room. The suite was just as shown in the pictures that we'd seen. Spacious and very clean. The location is good. You're only a few minutes walk away from Liberation Square and the bus station (from where you can get pretty much everywhere).

Fab location and attentive staff ! Coffee and water in the room and also got an upgrade since it was my birthday! Had dinner which was delicious and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Shout out to David and Carolina which were brilliant on the night! Will definitely be staying again , thank you !!

Not necessarily a negative, but the bath was very high in our room (almost as tall as my legs, as I’m pretty short) so someone less able would struggle to climb in.

One night over night stay (we live in Jersey). Great , good size rooms and comfy. Nice decor. Complimentary bits in the room. Great for a one night stay and dinner/cocktails in the restaurant. Also just to note that as this is a restaurant, not a hotel, the reception isn’t monitored for 24 hours and if you leave after they close you have to use an alternative route to get back in through a side door into the basement. All very easy and not an issue but just a good note for anyone not from Jersey.

Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants.. Even though there was no parking, there was a car park less than five minutes walk and very cheap to park over night. Our room was huge, very clean , there was a bath and a separate shower , super large towels There was also a mini bar, which was free, wine and water. The staff were very pleasant and helpful I would definitely stay here again

My only criticism was the room I stayed in had an extraction unit opposite the window and it was noisy all through night so didn’t sleep well at all due to this.

The room was spacious with modern facilities, unlike many other hotels in the area. Bed was so comfortable nearly fell asleep every time we went back there. Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch with lots of other complementary sundries. Staff so helpful and the restaurant was excellent. Right in the heart of St Helier.

this was above expectations natasha at front desk was very helpful with our check in as we arrived earlier than check in time. we would definitely return again. we stayed in deluxe suite facing road but very quiet. we would have liked to stay longer .

Rude staff on check in and was unaware that there was nothing in the hotel was actually open on Sunday for example breakfast /dinner . Was kept awake by a noisy extractor fan outside the window . Bathroom was dirty around the bath would not recommend or stay again feel like I wasted money when there was hotels that was open with the facilities we was expecting
