The walk from the station was hard going uphill dragging a heavy suitcase. I think a taxi would have been better. I'm glad I had a ground floor room. The room had no heater. Radiator didn't work. Luckily it wasn't too cold during my stay

Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable and warm once in it. Shower was small but functional. Breakfast was good. Standard English breakfast.

The water, even when boiled tasted bad; i had to buy water elsewhere to stay hydrated. The bed was lumpy.

The location remains perfect. The breakfast and wifi signal were decent, tge room comfortable.

The temperature

The breakfast was lovely, the room comfortable and the shower/ bathroom very good and clean. My only slight problem was I was very hot in the bedroom and was unable to turn the heating down. Otherwise very good.

Rooms are very basic but did the price, you can’t complain.

We chose this hotel to stay at as we were attending the England game. The location is ideal to get to Wembley as it’s only a half hour train journey, train station is a five minute walk. Parking included and breakfast was fantastic. Staff are friendly and the bed was comfy.

Thin walls but as many people staying seemed to be working and therefore up early, not too much problem with noise late in the evening. Room very compact as expected for price.

Cheap and very near the city centre. Free parking is great. Microwave and fridge availability is very helpful! Easy check in and friendly team. Tasty buffet breakfast.

Most of the time I couldn't get a parking space as it was full of contractors vans... it meant I had to sit in my car on one of the local streets, for up to 3hrs after work, till one of them moved or the traffic warden gets you... was exhausted after a 14hr night shift shift and didn't dare go to bed incase I got a ticket. Prices were a bit annoying as I wasn't sure how long I was staying for so some days it was 50 quid and other days it was 80 quid a night.

Amazing Breakfast, huge piles of it and as much as you want!! I literally put half a stone on in a week! Great having 24hr reception, and the town centre is a two minute walk down the hill, nice little area inside hotel where you can buy drinks and bits and bobs , absolutely ideal for a cheap clean stay. Lady receptionist in day time really helpful and friendly, night bloke OK, but not as helpful and usually half asleep but at least answers door bell overnight which is good

Furnishings and decorations a little worn; my husband got locked in the bathroom as the door catch wouldn't open! Staff sorted it quickly but if he had been alone he might have been locked in for some time.

Very good value - inexpensive but comfortable. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. A very good situation for what we wanted (an event at the town church) and easy free parking.

The sound insulation effect of the house is not good, and the water output from the shower head is relatively small.

The service staff is very friendly and the hotel is less than one kilometer away from Wycombe Abbey.

Really good value for money - comfortable room. This is somewhere to sleep rather than a 'destination hotel' but very comfortable, near the train station (10 min walk) - ideal for visiting London.

A bit old, some improvements wouldn't hurt. The walls are really thin. No one gave me the wifi password. The mattress was a little hard. A bath mat would not be a luxury, I had to use a towel on the floor.

The staff was nice and 24h available, convenient for a late check in. The sheets and the towels were spotless. And the location was great for an « ok price ».
