I booked the small double bedroom for 5 nights which was really comfortable with all the facilities you would expect, wi-fi access was very good. Great choice of breakfast between 5am and 9am which was welcome when attending organised tours which often started early in the morning. Great location close to the centre of Inverness within walking distance to restaurants, shops, train and bus stations. My train was delayed by 6 hours and I arrived in Inverness at 2am. Steve arranged a safe place for me to collect the keys so I could get into my room I was very grateful. I enjoyed my stay.

I would have liked a more period building, it was hard to tell from the photos. Not much Steve could do about that. Reasonably easy to hear the neighbours, but I still slept well.

Everything was clear and well explained. Nice breakfast. Nice touch by Steve wearing his chef's apparel.

Excellent location close to the centre of Inverness, but still a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly owner, who made excellent breakfast. Neat and tidy rooms.

the windows need day time coverings for privacy while getting dressed. Continental breakfast didn’t impress

it was so convenient, close to restaurants, bus station and train station. so easy to get to. comfortable bed, wifi, great tv options. very clean. Fellow Canadian.

I was met by Steve, the host, on arrival. A very friendly, amusing and personable man. My room was very nice, the fact that I was sharing a bathroom was unnoticed to me. Lightweight dressing gowns are provided for scooting across the landing to the bathroom. Having said that, I only saw other guests at breakfast. The property stands out with its smart Canada-flavoured awnings and items in the garden. Altogether a first-rate stay. Thanks.

Street parking is just a bit of a challenge, but not too bad.

No designated car parking spots, and had to move my car 1/4 mile down the rd before 8am to a non-permit-only area

Easy to find and great location for walking around the town. Close to restaurants and pubs. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing really, we found the bed a bit too small, but we are used to a big one.

Warm welcome by Steve. Nice B&B, very close to the centre, by a bridge for pedestrians. Comfy room with complimentary tea, coffee and lovely biscuits.

Everything was great for me as a solo traveller.

Acer Glen is perfectly located a very short walk over the bridge from the city centre. The host Steve was welcoming and the room was comfortable and perfect for my needs. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was of good quality.
