I think that the upgrade of the smart TV would be a good shout - where we can watch netflix or other chanels.

The bungalow is always great place to stay for us as we have been there many times now. Its location is perfect and there is a footbal pitch and basketbal place nearby. The pool is also great.

Hadn't been cleaned when we arrived so spent first 30 mins cleaning. Dirty bed linen on one of the beds. Shower glass had marks on it taps had toothpaste stuck to them. Toilet unclean hairs on floor. Food crumbs on carpets and in kitchen. Sink dirty. Shower was red hot and couldn't alter temperature.

The listing said it had 1 bedroom so it was great to arrive and find there were 3 good size, comfortable bedrooms. It was a short walk from the village centre and the harbour.

Bathroom toilet seat was broken and wobbly, dirty shower, also baking trays in oven were filthy . Central heating was on a set timer and went off really early, clock on timer was really difficult to understand even though I consider myself quite Tech savvy . Man in charge of Gym didn't know anything about timer at all but said he would ask cleaner to pop round,she never came . Sent a message to contact on Booking.com asking for details on timer and got a very condescending and flippant reply basically saying I was stupid if I couldn't work out the timer myself.

Really good location about 7 minutes walk to the middle of Wells, really spacious with 3 decent size bedrooms and was really quiet.

It's clean on the surface but I felt like it needs a good, deep cleaning. With all good appliances (dish washer, washing machine, iron etc) I was surprised that we couldn't find a vacuum in the house.

Fantastic location, amazing value for money. Nice specious bungalow with a good size garden. Kitchen very well equipped! Overall really happy with our stay and would recommend for a low budget family break 😄

Everything was perfect. A couple of chairs in the garden would be great, however, the dining table chairs were adequate.

Everything! The bungalow was immaculately clean and everything we needed was provided for our stay- tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, cleaning products, toilet roll, bed linen and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen appliances were all brand new and top of the range. The bed was really comfortable, we slept really well! We loved that the swimming pool and gym were a stone's throw away. The location was great- only a short walk into town. We already can't wait to come back again!

They asked for you to be very tidy and if there had been a hoover, I would have used this at the end of the visit. However, a small thing to be helpful to the hosts.

The garden could be a bit tidier and some outside seating would be lovely. There was no bottle opener in the kitchen!

The bungalow was very clean and peaceful. Bed was very comfortable with good quality duvet and pillows. The instructions provided by the owners were good and easy to follow.
