The bathroom cleanliness could have been a little better

The location was perfect and the host was so helpful. The apartment was lovely and toasty and the finishing touches were appreciated. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

The location was honestly the best . Everything within a stone throw away. Would recommend the wells deli for food and magpie for amazing bakery . Walk to main beach so easy and other staple places to visit within 10 mins drive

The PIN given by Booking.com was not the correct one for the keys to this property - that was hidden in the smaller print way down in the instructions from the owner - not obvious when you are trying to find it in the dark (I discovered it later, but the owner gave us the number via phone when we asked in desperation). The weather was freezing outside, and the bathroom was particularly cold. We were warned the shower needed attention, so mostly just washed at the sink.

We were there for a week, and found it generally adequate for our needs - small and cozy, though the heating was a bit quirky. This wasn't a season to give a fair opinion of the place as we happened to be there during a particularly cold spell.

Bathroom could have done with a better clean, especially the shower grouting and door. Apartment was cold on arrival as the host keeps everything turned off to conserve energy. We admire the green credentials but on a November evening would have preferred to arrive at a pre-warmed apartment.

Terrific location just by the harbour. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed and sofa. Welcome treats were a nice touch.

We were happy with everything.

The apartment is lovely, and was equipped with everything you needed. It's in a good location close to the harbour and amenities. The walk to Holkham hall is nice with cafes on the way, and you walk back along wells beach. Also its in a good location to travel to nearby towns and other surrounding beaches. Avril was very kind and said if we needed anything just to contact her.

The apartment will be better when the builders have finished in the adjoining property. We were told of this, but it's not exactly enjoyable being woken by drilling and hammering at 8am! Also the slow drainage from the kitchen sink and the shower head problems need resolving. If all of the above are sorted, the apartment is excellent, and I would certainly re-book in the future.

The location was excellent, ideal for access to the beach, coastal walks and shops. Everything that was required was provided in the apartment.

Only a minor thing, the shower could have been stronger.

The location is excellent, close to the 'High Street' shops, and the path to the beach. So pleased it had its own reserved parking spot.

Great location in town centre by the harbour. Immaculate small first floor apartment in modern building. Self catering with all you need. Short walk to Wells beach which joins Holkham beach. Allocated parking. Wells is a beautiful, busy seaside town. Really enjoyed the 1 night stay.
