The room was too small, not clean, the door was dirty as well.. shower drainage is poor. The host welcomed me okay but i was not happy as i was asked to leave the room before my checking out time, the host wanted to clean the room.

The room and the faciities were exagerated on the advert.

I would have liked a bedside light in my bedroom.

I liked that the bedroom was comfortable and had an en-suite shower room. I liked that one of the staff was very friendly and helpful when I phoned up with a query. I liked that the room was lovely and warm.

The room’s really basic, it literally has a bed m, a bin and a shelf, nothing else. The bathroom is shared, which I knew when I booked it. But it was shared between quite a few people, who left used towels on the floor etc. The walls are thin, so you hear other people, people leave the house in the middle of the night to catch their planes, so it’s not easy to get a good sleep.

Close to the airport, easy to find, good communication and directions of how to find the place, accessible by public transport, within 5 mins walk of a pub that served really nice English food, basic, but clean. Got a really nice and caring welcome from the owner when I arrived. There was a fan heater in the room that heated the room quickly.

- The walls are paper-thin. First night my neighbor had a 3-hr long phone conversation starting at 4 am and I heard every word, kept me awake.. - There was only ONE tiny toilet/bathroom for 4 or 5 rooms. - The room itself was also small, but it said in the description, so it was fine, however, there was not even a small wardrobe or shelves for clothes. There was no mirror, hair dryer, small readi g light and fridge in the room, that ŵould have made my stay more convenient and comfortable. - It was dusty under the bed, and the bathroom had an inconvenient basic smell.

- Location was close enough to the airport for me. And the price was lower than the big hotels around. - The bed was comfortable and the bedding warm.

It could have been cleaner: the towels smelled of second hand smoke, and the water in the kettle was stale (I found it undrinkable). The shared bathroom seemed moderately clean. However, nothing was particularly bad, especially in the context of a brief overnight stay to catch an early morning flight, and paying less money than a hotel.

The location is almost unbeatable for ease of access to Heathrow in the morning. Bed was firm but I found it comfortable enough. The host is easy-going and the check-in and check-out is uncomplicated. For one of the cheapest overnight stay options near Heathrow, it does what it says on the tin.

There aren't enough place for the clothes and other things. I think they should use some hooks in the wall or putting on some shelfs. Some bed was not confortable.
