Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeMy room was at basement and I could feel the cold air coming in through the bathroom’s window. The technician came to sealed it tightly after I complained. The last night before I checked out, I saw a few tiny short hairs on my newly changed bedsheets. But I didn’t asked them to change as it was quite late at night when I realised it. Before I checked out the next day, I told the reception and he and the housekeeper apologised. Overall, quite alright.
Very good location. It is only 5 minutes walk to Gloucester Road station. 4 minutes walk to Waitrose (supermarket) if you decide to cook some meals for yourself. Oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and heater all work well. It is also very near to Hyde Park. The location is quiet and you feel safe.

PolandLocation is superb. Kensington is a beautiful neighbourhood and there is about 20min walk to Harrods, 10min walk to the Natural history museum and 2-3minute walk to the Underground at Gloucester Road. This was the second time staying at Ashburn Court Apartments. This time we got an upgrade from studio to a nice a big apartment. It was very clean (as before as well). It was a bit worn and soon it is time for some restorations. The staff was very friendly and helping. We were received with a smile and were also able to keep our luggage after checkout until our flight at the facility. - We recommend.

United StatesThe apartment servicing is every two days and seemed a little inconsistent to us, the last schedule day of service was clearly a rush job for example, where towels and toiletries were not properly replenished That said, it was not terrible, and rectified quickly, just an area of improvement for the property to to keep building on.

SingaporeIf I had to nitpick, neighbours walking up and down the stairs can be heard but honestly that's just being fussy since they are not making a din all day.
The location is about 5 minutes from Gloucester Road station, which was very manageable even with a toddler. Waitrose and Sainsbury within walking distance. Major sites of interest (e.g. museums) is about 15 minutes walk away. I liked that the apartment had the essentials that you'd need to stay in an apartment. There was soap, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing soap, laundry pods and I never knew how crucial it is to have a washer/ dryer machine for a trip with a toddler until this trip. Additional towels can be requested and the room is cleaned on alternate days. Staff were all polite and professional. We stayed 1 full week across 2 bookings and it was a really comfortable stay. You do need to climb stairs for the second floor unit (where we stayed but it's a short flight) and the staff on-site assisted with the luggage.

United KingdomOn entry, the apartment was extremely cold, and it took most of the evening and night to warm up. This may be in part be due to the apartment being in the basement, although by the second day it had warmed up. The tiled floor is very attractive, although very cold on bare feet, say for night-time visits. The bathroom was exceptionally cold and remained so for the four-day stay. There are two high up single-glazed windows in the bathroom, which face an entry, and some sort of foam and secondary glazing could have been used to retain the heat.
Excellent reception and welcome, with good knowledge of the surrounding area. The apartment was set out to a high standard, and well equipped with everything needed for in-house catering and a comfy stay. There are three supermarkets nearby, with Waitrose being on the way from Grosvenor Street underground! Also, there are plenty of places to eat, off the main road, towards Earls Court area. The bed was comfy, as was the sofa, and there was plenty of lighting. Whilst we were below ground in a basement apartment, it was possible to see people on the street and the sky. Staff, including the facilities person in the basement, were excellent and were able to provide advice and assistance.
