Apartment was changed last minute from Barbican to Tower Hill. the Tower Hill apartment was in a good location but apartment was large but rather tired, with dated bathroom.

Blind in the bedroom leaked light. The bathroom is showing it's age. Instructons for the washer\dryer would have been appreciated.

Appartment was away from the street, so little noise. Very helpful hosts. Instructions for microwave and oven was a great touch

Fab location, excellent apartment and the arrival experience was made really easy - I got there an hour early and an agent was already in the apartment waiting to hand me the keys and show me around , will stay again when in London , much better option than a hotel.

No air conditioning, bed was very uncomfortable. We had to purchase several items like laundry detergent, salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc. which could have been provided for travelers who are flying in.

The apartment was not air-conditioned and therefore quite hot during this unusual hot weather in London. What made it worse was the bed was quite small (for two people) and very uncomfortable. If the bed was ok then I would have rated this apartment very highly.

We loved the location which was close to the city and all public transport. Supermarkets and many restaurants within walking distance. The building was safe and secure and the apartment was modern and well equipped. The managing staff were exceptional in their communication and the service and support they provided during our stay. We were met on arrival and everything about the apartment was well explained.

Flat 202 9B Clerkenwell provided us with everything we needed for our 8 night stay (washer/dryer, separate bedroom). It was close to several bus routes and the Barbican tube station. nice coffee places and pubs close by.

Excellent standard of property, with a member of staff there on arrival to hand me the keys and talk me through the property. The email-based customer service team were responsive and helpful. The damage deposit was refunded on the same day that I checked out.

The flat was to warm. I needed to turn off all the heating and was still warm. At this time of the year (March), that was resolved by opneing the windws a fpr soem time, but I can imagine how it can be in the summer, as there is no air-conditioning. The sofas are very uncomfortable, could be improved.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, kitchen appliances are very good, very well-equipped flat.

The bed was like sleeping on a cement slab. So hard. Definitely needs a new bed. Lounge was okay but would have preferred a larger couch & again more comfortable .

Apartment in disrepair : air conditioning conduit on entrance hall ceiling has been replaced poorly and not repainted, bathroom floor tiling loose and in need of regrouting, one bathroom night light cover broken, bathroom sink plug malfunctioning such that water not retained, kitchen cutlery/crockery inadequate x2 teaspoons x3 forks x2mugs. Bathroom hot water service not functioning properly and misunderstood by staff….were given two versions of its use.
