The bathroom quality didnt match the room, it was very small, shower not great. The corridors had an overpowering smell of.... Lynx Africa, very strange. Needs a new scent in the air fresheners. The parking is a bit of a walk from reception, not ideal carrying lots of luggage. We were asked to move our car upon parking so workmen could park their vans the next day.

The room was very large with extra wide bed, huge tv, fridge and seating. Staff were very helpful placing items in the room for a surprise birthday treat. The views over the river, and watching the local rowers were a highlight. Very close to the centre making it easy to get around by foot.

From the outside the Hotel looks like a soviet era tower block, something you would find in Chernobyl, could put some visitors off. Smokers standing at the front entrance on a lot of occasions as we entered the hotel.

Large twin room with all modern facilities. Breakfast was good with a range of options. location is very central and in a good area of Bedford. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel decor on the inside and in the rooms is of a good modern standard, unlike the outside appearance, this is one hotel that could do with some cladding.

Fire alarm in middle of night!!no explanation despite dressing and running out!!!

You could easily hear the neighbours coming in, the sound created by the wind and the single glazed window. I would have preferred that windows were clean on the outside as well. I did not appreciate the drunk customer that pressed the fire alarm at 1:10am.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The location was great for what I needed it to be. I was looking forward for coffee and that was accessible. The room was clean and temperature wonderful, the bed was comfortable.

A wedding guest had set off the fire alarm at 1:15 am which was a bit scary. But I whats apped reception and was reassured immediately.

Breakfast was a bit sad but OK. The hot food had been sitting out for a while but I still ate it

I object to paying extra to park my car especially when the car park surface was less than satisfactory and there were no EV charging facilities. we have previously stayed at the Priory Bedford where car parking is included with the room.

The room was very comfortable, plenty of space and well serviced every day. Breakfast was very good, great choice and very good latte from the machine.

Central location and therefore very easy to visit the town and walk to the main railway station. Shops, restaurants etc all within easy access. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of choice available.

During our stay was super windy and on the 6th floor the external windows were rattling, not so much a fault with the hotel but worth noting for light sleepers.

Bathroom was a little tired and in need of a refurb. Stains on some of the furniture and the flooring was a little off putting.

Great room and nice view over the town. Room was spacious (Superior King Privilege Room) and had the facilities and amenities expected for the extra few quid.

friendly and helpful staff on arrival, clean tidy well presented room with a fair supply of tea and coffee. clean tidy bathroom with good towels the location on the riverside in the centre of town is a big advantage too so good we will be rebooking when we come with extended family later in the year

Housekeeping. Came back to room one day to find the fresh towels just dropped on my bag. Next day came back to find a USED face-mask (didn't know they were still a thing) on my bag. This is somewhere between gross and clinical waste. Also most hotels would remove empty glasses and return them to the bar, they weren't. Aircon unit very noisy.

The cleanliness of the balcony and windows were filthy other then that the hotel was nice

Breakfast was brilliant the room was also lovely inside apart from the windows to look out over the river were disgusting so dirty you could barely see through them
