We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We always stay here for Concerts nearby at De Montford Hall. Nice easy walk. Good breakfast. Liked the bathroom this time. Location perfect. Staff just wonderful.

The bed was lovely and comfortable and all clean. We was in the attic room, so only problem with that was it rained heavily all night, so it was hammering on the window, which disturbed our sleep.

United KingdomI honestly think the only downside to the Hotel is the limited parking facilities! But for the location overlooking the park in the city it is worth it if you able to get a taxi instead or public transport.
Our stay at the Belmont hotel was absolutely perfect. I stayed with my Mother the night before my Wedding. The hotel staff were very accommodating about my enquiry for a late check out as my ceremony wasn’t until 1pm. Our room (Junior Suite with super king bed) was enormous! We were honestly amazed and it is so worth booking a Suite for a special stay like ours was. We had a 3 course meal in the restaurant in the evening followed by a cocktail, David - our waiter - was absolutely amazing. So friendly, making us laugh. He had a brilliant knowledge of the menu too. Our cocktail was lovely as well. Breakfast in the morning was perfectly cooked too.

United KingdomWe had a bath with a shower over instead of a walk in shower which was not ideal for us as we both have slight mobility issues. However it didn’t spoil our stay one bit ! And we will be returning !
Perfect location for our visit to the Leicester Tigers Rugby stadium ,car parking on site. Staff all very friendly. Comfortable king size bed in a substantial sized room with sofa. Had a lovely evening meal on site, good choice of reasonably priced wines and a bar man who Made excellent cocktails ! Delicious breakfast the next morning with a huge choice.

United KingdomIf the dinner menu had slightly more variety my stay would go from a 9 to a 10 plus. The only other flaw was other guests, who were ignorant, or felt they had rights to car park spaces, and showed no manners to the staff at all. If I was able, I’d have barred them
Staff were phenomenal. Everything we asked was answered. Nothing was any trouble. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The bar was well stocked and had so much choice, the bar staff were 5 star excellence. The Espresso Martini was nearly the best I’ve ever had. Food was delicious and really excellent quality and piping hot. The breakfast was amazing. table service on the Saturday and buffet on Sunday but eggs were made to order so really fresh. Other guests were rude, but staff showed amazing patience and were so professional managing ignorance. The wonderful experience we had with the staff and the comfort of our room will definitely have us back, especially if there’s rugby on!

United KingdomThe free Wifi was very patchy - kept cutting out continuously, which was not good for me as I was in Leicester for work and absolutely reliant on accessing work papers online.
This is a lovely hotel, very convenient for where I was working in Leicester. Very nice decor and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

United KingdomThe hot water took ages to come through (it's not a new hotel so to be expected). There was a continuous drone from outside sounding like a vent fan running - it could be irritating to some but we ignored it. The layout takes getting used to as its 'bitty' and at different levels.
For a City centre hotel, it is quiet and well situated and having secure parking was a real bonus. The room was far larger than we anticipated and superbly comfortable. The evening meal was delicious as well.
