Great studio apartment. Super quiet. It's very clean and modern, and it has decent facilities to cook dinner. Great location as its not too far a drive from Inverness but still secluded in the countryside. There's a great wee pub a 15 min walk if you fancy getting out in the evening. Would come back again.

The main issue was the shower. The bathroom was lovely decor and clean but the shower was not hot enough and also not powerful enough. Needs more water pressure. You couldn't do much cooking but that was not a problem for us as we ate out.

Lovely flat, modern, clean, comfortable and well kitted out. Comfy bed, parking. 7 miles from Inverness. Nice visit to Beauly. Instructions given to find property was helpful.

A shower mat to stop the shower floor being slippery would be a great addition. Some scraping in the roof space above the tv in the middle of the night, might need investigation, but more worried whatever may damage the property.

Grateful for the coffee/milk etc when we arrived. Also brilliant selection to decide on for breakfast. A lovely peaceful setting. Would love to come back when in the area again.

This place is a vast apartment above a garage, and though it lacked a stove, the microwave and the large fridge makes up for it. Some breakfast goodies (Butter, Jam and Cornflakes) were provided as well as bread. The bed was large and comfortable, the interior modern and also comfortable to spend the evening after a long day of hiking. The bathroom comes with a spacey shower. You can park your car just outside the door.

It would be churlish to mention.

A modern and sleek apartment, ideal for a couple to unwind and relax. The apartment has more plug sockets than our entire house! Plus plenty of USB charging sockets. The host Rebecca is wonderful and makes sure you have enough supplies and towels etc, highly recommend Berryfield holiday apartment.

It was all amazing! No bad words to say about our stay.

We were celebrating a birthday and we made a comment in our booking. We were delighted to arrive to a bottle of prosecco and a cake with a lovely note wishing my partner a happy birthday. Rebecca was very helpful with sending directions and making sure we arrived safely.

Great Apartment New and cozy Everything has been more than perfect! From Berryfield as our base we visited: Isle of Skye, Inverness, Cairngorms, Orkney - and of course Loch Ness only a few minutes away. The perfect place to see all the great places of northern Scotland!

The place welcomed us with a lovely smell, you can see everything is new and super clean. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The hosts were super lovely, we met them for a quick chat, but had our privacy all along. The location is perfect if you want to visit Loch Ness (20 min drive) and Inverness is about 15 minute drive if you want to do some shopping. We even used taxi 1 night and it had a reasonable price. I cannot recommend this place enough, our stay was very lovely there.

Stunning accommodation, extremely clean with everything we required. Everything brand new with complementary breakfast provided. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Offered great local advice and made sure we felt welcomed. Very quiet location, short drive to Inverness. Shorter drive to some nice forest walks.
