The mattresses were very soft, some may like this, but I prefer firmer feel. Room was very warm too and luckily there was a fan in the room. The traffic noise was quite bad and it did disturb our sleep, but we are light sleepers.

Nothing I really disliked: Small picky things would be the door code box on my room had a couple of sticky keys, made it a little difficult to tell if they worked when I pressed them, the parking round the back was a little difficult to navigate out of, and the bathroom had a funny smell when I initial ran the tap but nothing major, and nothing that really impacted the quality of my stay.

The bedroom was lovely; clean, tidy, smelt nice and had lots of extra little amenities such as water, tea bags, biscuits etc which all add a little extra touch. Also loved the modern and sleek feel to the bedroom, which gave it and all-round comfortable and relaxing feel. Some more additions -> Great to have parking, the initial text I was sent with all the details was informative and useful, the kitchen was brilliant with lots of options for food and to store your own, the bed was comfy and the option to easily alter the radiators for temperature control in the room was also nice.

Hotel was great. The communication with the hosts was perfect before hand. Exactly what I was after. The little kitchen was amazing, I didn't expect that. The shower gel in the bathroom smelled amazing too. It's the little things that make the difference. Also loved being able to watch my netflix in the room!

Only complaint was very minor, we couldn't get the BBC channels on the TV.

Superb room! What a great surprise when we opened our door to see this huge room. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. Very comfy king size bed and great layout of room.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I wd have liked More fresh fruit - eg seedless grapes - would b a nice touch.

I asked for a ground floor room if possible as I have mobility issues & that need was met & greatly appreciated. The fresh bananas & apples were appreciated.

We could hear every movement of the young man next door who had been to the local pub and was struggling to keep his balance. Heating was super warm which made our sleep a little intermittent. Apart from this the room and stay was a lovely start to our holiday.

The breakfast was a great touch and there was plenty of options of good quality tea, coffee etc to choose from- set us up for our flight!

Couldn't get the coffee machine to produce anything other than hot frothy milk (to which we added instant). Why do hotel double rooms only have one seat and one bedside table. Plenty of room to double those up.

Very wide provision of stuff with both butter and marg. for a self prep breakfast Plenty of tea and coffee. Nice little area to eat it too. Some guests don't clean up after themselves too well, only a small issue though.

Very clean and nice place. Well above my expectations. A big bonus: there is a nicely equipped kitchen available for guests to warm up their own food. Plus there are pastries, cereals, yoghurts, bisquits and fruits included in the room price. Amazing!!

The property was amazing, definitely one of the nicest places i’ve stayed. Everything was clean, very comfortable bed, the communal kitchen is very wholesome. And the self check-in was very handy. Not a single bad thing to say

Tastefully decorated and a very comfortable guest house. Entry to this establishment including your bedroom is via a coded keypad so no staff on premises. But this does not detract from the comfort of this place.
