Even though I chose a room that said it wasn't above the bar, we could still hear the music very clearly. Was loud and very annoying, but did stop at exactly 1am. Should be made clear when booking a room that doesn't say "above bar" that you can still hear it just as loud. Room was a bit dusty and the lights didn't all work. Breakfast area was not well cleaned from the party in there the night before

Good location, room size was good and room temperature was good. Breakfast is only continental but had a good variety, nice coffee. Staff were helpful when there was an issue with the room key.

Breakfast is a continental affair with the option of boiling your own egg. This is the only hot breakfast option, apart from toast

The only problem and it’s nothing that the property can do is that the room was really hot because of the sun but they don’t control the sun🤣🤣and they really tried hard to rectify it

It was in a perfect location and it’s was so clean. The staff were lovely too.

room looked clean but bins still had other peoples rubbish in them and the taps in the bathroom although sort of worked , they were a bit tricky? The tea and coffee tray with fitted kettle had a short lead that didn't reach the desk plug so you had to put it on the floor!. Only stayed one night so nothing a problem

Although we loved our stay here, we noticed that the hotel room was looking a little tired in places. But it was v clean and that is the most important thing!

The room was clean and of a good size for the two of us. We loved the location and appreciated that there was car parking just a short distance away. The hotel is close to the train station too which makes it an excellent choice if you don't have your own transport. The staff were very helpful and provided a lovely breakfast the next morning.

Is not that I didn't like, but would've liked it to have a fridge in the room in order to keep cold water on these hot days.

I really like the overall decoration, the location and,, I loved the variety and quality in the continental breakfast, and how spacious the place is. I cannot comment on anything else as I spent very little time at hotel.

We needed to leave prior to breakfast on Saturday for an event and the hotel would not accommodate a breakfast for us even though all continental.

The bedside lighting was impractical, my husband banged his head on it a couple of times.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. An excellent service in a comfortable hotel.
