There wasn't anything we didn't like!

We can honestly say that Briary Cottages at Iletts Farm are among one of the most fabulous cottages we've ever had the pleasure to stay at! Every attention to detail has been carefully considered from the stunning décor to the small gestures like milk and croissants. The cottages are clean to the very highest standards with comfortable beds and high quality towels and bedding. Nicky the host is lovely and we would definitely recommend.

Too many things to list. I liked all of it. Especially the view, the peace and quiet, and the exceptional level of cleanliness. Nicky is a great host, and you can tell how much love and effort has gone into making sure guests are comfortable.

Nothing about the property at all.

Well where do I start ? The property is amazing it’s everything you need and more. We stayed in Oak and was so cosy for the night. The facilities inside are great also bed was very comfy and the kind gesture of breakfast was so nice. We were staying for Japfest down the road and Nicky went above and beyond to accommodate us as we had to leave early and arrived late at night. Will definitely stay again me and my girlfriend were very pleased. Thank you for everything

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Amazing views outside with a bbq and patio furniture. Space to park. Absolutely loved the well stocked bookcase and games cupboard. The entire house was beautifully decorated and clean, beds and bedding were super comfy. You literally sank into them!! Everything you needed is there. The shops are a 5 minute drive just eat delivers there aswell. The hosts were absolutely amazing! We went for japfest and could get a parking pass and they kindly drove us there ! You couldn't ask for better. Would 100% stay again it was just beautiful, I wish we had booked for longer.

The cottage is simply stunning and exudes a warm, homely atmosphere. Every facility you could possibly need is provided, making it unnecessary to bring anything along. The security is top-notch, and the location is incredibly serene, beautiful, and tucked away—truly a hidden gem. I absolutely adore this place! It's conveniently close to Brackley town centre, although having a car is essential for getting around. However, the experience is undoubtedly worth it! We had the pleasure of meeting Nicky, who was incredibly accommodating. She ensured our comfort and made it clear that she was available for anything we might need—truly deserving of a 5-star rating! We're already looking forward to coming back again.

My husband cheekily mentioned the absence of kitchen roll but everything else was great.

Very cosy and a wonderful view to wake up to. Loved the touch with the Christmas decorations and mince pies.

we stayed at briary cottages on the 11th of november and it exceeded our expectations. both cottages were beautiful and well prepared supplied with everything for your stay, we were even impressed by little touches like the mirror that lit up and played music. we had such a wonderful time, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be visiting again in the future.

The apartment (Rowan) was so clean, comfortable and fully equipped. From friendly staff, to amazing grounds and a really super cosy apartment, everything was great. We were going to Silverstone and it was the perfect base for our stay. Really close to amenities. Really peaceful and fantastic views from our living room.
