Modern facilities but retained an old world charm. Very comfortable beds and excellent food in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. Staff were lovely especially the team that were there for the morning shift, cheery and attentive to all our needs. Ruby was also lovely (resident pup) and our best friend first thing in the morning, until we ran out of bacon.

Minor things, door knob a bit frustrating on room 1 and a laundry issue pointed out to reception.

Great location, lovely room, fresh good food and quiet maybe due to being so old

Felt a little on the pricy side for just one night when comparing to other Inn’s we stayed at the same weekend. Unfortunately the Wifi didn’t work very well. Quite frustrating when there is also no phone service in the area.

Bedroom was a nice size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and also contained a nice size bath tub. Food and breakfast in the pub was amazing, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to have dinner in the area.

There are a few little bits which are tired and could do with a freshen up (i’m being very picky here)

The property is beautiful and the staff are impeccable. The food is lovely and they always accommodate you for food even if it’s busy. I liked that our dog was very welcome

Nothing to complain off. Maybe beds a bit too high 😂😂. I was afraid to don’t fall while sleeping.

Second time at Brigands Inn with my family. Beautiful place to stay and relax. 😎

We could have booked another night and had walking gear with us to explore outside before coming back to another great meal.

Don't think this is an international hotel and judge it accordingly. It's a rural inn in a beautiful but remote location surrounded by hills and fields. You will walk into a warm welcome, physical and emotional. The room we had was old-fashioned, rather rustic, characterful, definitely not marble and stainless steel but perfectly comfortable, rather like stepping back in time. the staff were great and the meals were wonderful.

Stunning hotel, food is delicious, great open fire, great beer, great staff. I had an incorrect booking changed and given a room much more than I paid for. My fault but they bent over backwards to help

    Nothing. All good.

From the minute we walked in the bar door the welcome was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds clean and comfortable. The building has an amazing history and the rooms were respectful of the building's age. The evening meal was very tasty. Breakfast is also excellent. The house dog Ruby was also a wonderful friendly host. Good free parking to the rear.

Nothings it's a lovely character traditional Inn with friendly staff and amazing food.

Very friendly helpful staff, beautiful character building and the food was amazing. Sits right on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park with so much to do and see in easy reach. Would definitely stay again. The Family room was perfect for 2 adults and 1 teenager. We all slept in proper comfortable beds, no sofa bed or zbed. We didn't take our dog but they are very welcomed with lots of extras available if you bring your hairy companion with you.

    Nothing, it was great

The Inn is very welcoming, with different lounges and bars. Our room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom. The evening meal was exceptional, with a few fab vegan options. My husband had the Welsh Lamb, which he raved about. The Inn is quite isolated from town but that was fine for us stopping overnight, with beautiful mountain scenery around us. There is a lovely little village across the roundabout with about a 15 min walk, where you can see a historic hidden bridge. Worth a visit while you are there. The hosts were very friendly and did all they could to provide my husband with some breakfast in bed the next day, as he had fallen ill with a flu type illness the night before, which consequently cut short our trip. 😢 Even if you don’t stay here, this is definitely the place to go for an evening meal.
