The hosts were amazing and the location was so beautiful. The room was very clean and perfectly suited to our needs. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very kind to our daughter and our little dog. We adored our doggie hosts too, they are both lovely. We would love to stay here again when next in the area. Thank you for everything.

Emma & David gave us a warm and friendly welcome (as did Dotty, the cocker spaniel). It was a joy to stay in such a beautiful home, with no light or noise pollution. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the wonderful, crispy bacon. We would return/recommend without hesitation.

The couple who own the place were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. They balanced the art of providing what we needed without interrupting us. Very glad we stayed there and they made it easy to bring our dogs with us. They also accommodated our vegan dietary requirements for breakfast!

Very friendly stay with David and Emma. They were very accommodating of me and my small dog, provided everything I needed, made me a booking at the loca pub for dinner and very easy communication through the app ahead of the stay. Highly recommend this B&B and the pub next door is equally hospitable with great food.

Peaceful spot but with a friendly pub a short walk away in an attractive small village. The hosts ensured a relaxed stay in their beautiful home and welcomed our dog. Emma was very attentive whilst serving our tasty breakfast.

It was very ‘proper English’ in many ways which was good.

The house was a home and the owners very welcoming. As we were visiting in November it was very warm which was important for us as we came from Spain. Wi-Fi and many TV channels were available. Everything you could wish for was available in the bathroom. Breakfasts were big if you wanted or smaller if not.

We needed a b&b for one night whilst visiting nearby Silverstone. Brook Farm is a great place to stay with parking and David & Emma are really welcoming & friendly. Lovely setting in a small Northamptonshire village which is easy to find. We were able to book a table in the nearby pub for an evening meal & Emma cooked a delicious breakfast for us the following morning.

The property is set in a beautiful little village in Northamptonshire. The owners Emma and David are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and were very friendly along with their 2 lovely dogs Gracie and Dottie. The room was large and very clean with everything we needed the bed was very comfortable!! and a very large en-suite bathroom with clean towels daily. A full English breakfast was included in the price along with cereal, toast, jam , homemade marmalade, tea and fresh coffee.

Property is on a corner therefore accessing or leaving the property could be somewhat difficult in some circumstances, however parking was off road.

Location was good for our purpose. Pub only 5 minute walk for an evening meal. Enjoyed David's marmalade at breakfast.
