Petty but the coffee.

The bedroom was immaculate both decor and cleanliness. Gardens were large and natural with lovely private seating areas. Breakfast and service was excellent. The owners dog was lovely.

Loved the property, only stayed one night which was our last night in Wales, would definitely recommend a longer stay. The property itself is lovely, huge stunning gardens, easily the most comfortable bed of all of our stays, silent location, oh and Brian the dog :)

The WiFi was a bit hit & miss, but this was down to the geography of the location & noone's fault. To be fair there wasn't anything not to like!

The grounds were stunning. James & Stuart were superb hosts but rather upstaged by chief meeter & greeter their dog Brian. I have never come across a better behaved & better natured dog ever! The room was beautifully in keeping with the traditional farmhouse vibe. The en suite shower was the best & easiest to figure out of all the places I've stayed. Breakfast was lovely x

Can't think of anything. I prefer an earlier breakfast when I'm away for work, but that did not inconvenience me at all.

Everything. Despite being well off the beaten track, my Sat Nav. took me straight there. The gentleman who greeted me, showed me my room, explained the in and outs and served me my breakfast was outstanding without being fussy. The room was perfect. It was comfortable, clean, not too warm or cold. Breakfast was excellent. I slept like a log. COVID controls were very well dealt with. All in all, a very positive experience.

Nothing we had a great stay!

Beautiful house and surrounding gardens, really peaceful and great place to switch off. Lots of choice at breakfast including vegetarian options. James suggested some great walks at Hafod which was only a short drive from the guest house. Stuart was always on hand to make you feel welcome as was Brian the dog :)

Nothing really - don't be deterred by the location down a country lane, access is fine.

Excellent room, very well decorated and maintained with all necessary conveniences / facilities. Well controlled with respect to Covid restrictions. Very good breakfast, and nice and quiet (nice to be in the country and fresh air).

I have nothing bad to say about my overnight stay

I chose a single room, it had everything I needed, the room was clean and beautifully presented. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay on my spur of the moment trip to Wales. Comparing the prices for rooms on the internet I did choose this B&B for the price but I'm very glad I did - staying in a quiet little valley over a beach location was far better and would stay again

A TV would have been nice but the setting made up for it.

The period fixtures were very nice and the setting was spectacular. Very nice surrounding scenery and with good access to local pubs which were very good value for money.

WiFi signal not the best and went off from 11pm to 7am. No TV in room so when WiFi is off and you cant sleep you're staring at the walls.

Friendly meeting on arrival. Room immaculately clean. Comfy bed, Nice hot bath Lovely breakfast and nice menu too. Stuart looked after all of his guests impeccably. Brian ! Covid Protocols spot on.
