Right in the centre of Inverness close to shops but no noise heard from the street. Spacious comfortable apartment with parking down below.

There was not a wall clock or a microwave in the property. Both not expensive items that would enhance the property. A little noisy after the local pubs shut. Noisy until 3am sometimes. Does not suit a light sleeper.

Location, facilities and free secure parking were all a big plus for a choice of place to stay.

Just make usre you read the notes so you know when the fire alarm tests are, otherwise no issues.

Fridge didn’t work, not repaired after a couple calls either. Lobby has a strange urine odor.

The location and comfort of the apartment. The view from the balcony! The fabulous help when needed to work the television and replace the ironing board cover. Wonderful staff!

It was in a great location with a great view of the castle and the Main Street. Very convenient if you have a car. The apartment was extremely comfortable with all the mod cons.

There was no hot water when we arrived and no wifi. Apparently both were turned off and we received instructions on how to turn on the hot water, which was not simple. There was no shampoo or shower gel or detergent for the very nice washer/dryer. Inconvenient for travellers.

Check-in directions were given, but they all point you to the front door. There is absolutely nothing detailing how to get to the bloody garage. PLUG IN THE ADDRESS: 9 BANK LANE, OR GPS 57.477768, -4.227022. Ridiculous how I had to park the car and go walking in and out of the building to figure this out. There's also no one on-site so you're on your own. They gave me a number but those messages were ignored. The building has a lot of doors for fire safety I guess, but that also translates into your apartment and there's not enough door stops. The kitchen is sufficient for breakfast only. There really isn't a lot of amenities as there was in other parts of Scotland we stayed in. The apartment can get really warm so all you've got is the living room window that we propped open with a chair. The bedroom window opens only a sliver. Lastly you are indeed staying atop two pubs, so if you're not going to bed after drinks the last calls might wake you. And check-out is at 0900 WTH is that?!

The shower water pressure was the best we had during our 8-day road-trip through Scotland. The location is also very central, so you can look forward to ditching your car in the private garage and walking for the rest of your stay.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The noise coming from the pub next door on Friday night was loud.

There was plenty of space, the ability to open the glass balcony door to let fresh air in was lovely. The kitchen had everything, the view and location (some not so good comments below also) was wonderful.

The bed was uncomfortable and instructions to the car park confusing. I booked this apartment to use a washing machine and the laundry was stacked with items which made the washing machine hard to use. Next door was a pub, so I would expect it to be noisy on a Friday and Saturday night, we stayed a Monday and Tuesday and the loud music played to 12.30 am and we were on the 4 floor. Verticals Blinds in the main bedroom had missing bits so sleeping was difficult, with so much light, please fix and have a full block out blind installed.

The location was excellent and the space/ size of the apartment was just what we needed, including a washing machine.

The washing machine was very complicated to use. Please include a doorstop for the patio door, because during windy periods, it blows open and closed.

The apartment is in a great location and was very clean. We enjoyed the provided map for various restaurants and pubs.
