This is subjective to individuals - the mattresses were spring not memory foam. One mattress had an uncomfortable spring, this was mentioned to the owners and they did their best to alleviate with providing mattress toppers which helped. Thank you

The views from the cottage were amazing! The cottage itself was lovely and spacious. The outdoor space was also very beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped, nice open plan living space. We had some lovely meals around the table with exceptional views of the Cader Idris mountains. Parking space no issues, short walk up and Panorama walk views were icing on the cake! The location was good base if deciding to travel further up north of Wales, we travelled to Portmeirion and Llanberis. Last but not least it was also lovely watching the trains go over the Barmouth bridge, great views of the bridge! I'd highly recommended this location as there was a decent amount of things to do locally like the ferry boat and narrow gauge steam train to Fairbourne. The beach was lovely and clean well sign posted for no dog area, lots of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Overall a 10 rating for the trip, the weather wasn't to mean we had a mix of rain and sunshine and beautiful rainbow on one of the days.

The price for the view, is a difficult vehicle access along an unmade track & through 2 gates. The walk into town is down a steep grass/gravel track leading to 110 very steep steps. definately not for the infirm or unfit. But again incorperating a couple of stunning view points Would have appreciated a welcome pack Especially as the host knew we were arriving by motorcycle

Beautiful luxurious Cottage, Fabulous Views, Gardens & grounds well kept also with fantastic views. Well stocked kitchen & Gas Barbaque on decking. Barmouth is a very pleasant seaside town
