It was a little hard to find, although a quick message to the owner, and we were back on the right track. The hot tub was a little away from the property, although the setup was lovely

This is me hunting hard for things to grumble about. Perhaps a bit more wood for the stove (it was a chilly weekend) would have been fab but that's it.

We liked everything about this property: the space, the facilities, the decor, the garden, the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. The utility room was perfect for wet swimsuits. Everywhere was very clean. Felt like we were the first to ever stay in the property. Proper towels, comfortable beds, even proper loo roll. Attention to detail was excellent.

The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, with everything we could possibly have needed for our stay. Loved the remote location and gorgeous gardens. Hot tub was very welcome!

I booked for the hot tub and everything else was a bonus! We arrived after a long day exploring Skye and it was so lovely to arrive at this excellent property. We dumped the bags and we’re able to jump straight into the hot tub which was already on and hot. We found dressing gowns to use between the house and the hot tub. the garden was amazing for our dog who loved it! They also provided a lovely food basket of bread, local eggs, Scottish bacon, butter, coffee and milk. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and great pressure. The WIFI was great, TV had streaming apps. It was only a 20 minute drive to Inverness town. 15 to the local Co-op.

not the hottest or easiest to keep in fire but that May have been not enough draw because of the direction of the wind. it didn’t really matter as the heating worked well.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and cosy. The location was great too, not too far from Inverness but felt very tucked away and secluded. We loved it!

Stunning location, the house had everything we would need. A great home from home. The hot tub was just perfect. A generous welcome pack and a great amount of space for our dogs.

Lovely property - tastefully decorated and so very comfortable. Location perfect - feel like you’re in the wilds, but only 25 mins from Inverness. Gardens were an unexpected bonus, and the hot-tub superb.

just a few minor things ; - taps everywhere need repair or replacement - we lost our battle, after two hours , to get the pizza oven to cooking temperature. Even You Tube videos reported that wood pellet pizza ovens are temperamental

Very (very) minor, but we couldn't find any kindling for the log burner. It might have been us not looking hard enough, but it wasn't a problem as heating got fixed promptly.

Hot tub, overall cleanliness, welcome basket, quality of the bedding, everything we needed was present. Appreciated the very quick response regarding the boiler problem too. Felt like we were in safe hands and really couldn't have asked for better!

This property was stunning! The house and the location were gorgeous. Nice and peaceful. House very very clean and comfortable. The grounds around the house are huge and very well kept. Beautiful for relaxing outside. Hot tub was a great hit too! The house is in a remote location, which was the appeal for us, and we managed to find it easily with the satnav but could be difficult to find without one. The hosts kept us up to date with useful info before our stay too which was great.

This house is beautifully decorated and well equipped. It was warm and very comfortable, with a lovely outdoor space. A welcome pack was provided with fresh local products and we enjoyed cooking up a good breakfast & evening meal which we all enjoyed around the large dining table. The living-room seated us all comfortably and the beds and bedding are of very good quality. The hot tub was a real plus - high speck in lovely surroundings. We all really enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank our host for providing such a lovely place to stay : )

Some of the crockery and cutlery needed another clean before use.

The property was modern and comfortable with a country charm. We loved the decor and we immediately felt at home as we walked through the door. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and there was plenty of space. The children loved the hot tub and we also welcomed the use of the log burning stove, particularly as on our arrival there was snow! Would love to return!

Everything, literally, everything. This place is amazing, worth every penny. Hot tub is fab, gardens are amazing. Beds are super comfy and massive! Nice little welcome pack for our few nights there. House is immaculate and gorgeous in every room. Fire place in the living room is spot on too. Absolutely cannot fault the place or the communication from the owner. Our group was 2 adults, an 8 year old girl and a pooch. All had the best time. If you're wondering if it's as good as it looks - it's so much better! Didn't want to leave and aiming to return at some point. An easy 10/10 from us all 😁
