it would have be helpful to have an instruction manual or something similar for the oven in our apartment .

Seeing how owner and staff looked after their guests and that they are always implementing new levels of comfort and welllbeing for their customers..10/10 for that.

It was a fabulous stay! The location was excellent. Spacious apartment on ground floor with everything you need. Comfortable bed, large TV, fully carpeted with washer and dryer. Would really recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!

The only thing we didn’t like was the motion light in the bedroom every time you moved in bed the light came on, but was easy enough to turn off .

The location is fantastic close to the town centre and walking distance to the train station. The apartment is done to a high standard and the gardens are a lovely touch.

The only negative I can think of is the entrance to the property as I thought the steps were quite steep.

It was spacious and very comfortable, tastefully furnished and had everything we needed- a real home from home. Excellent.

Slow communication Previous agreement to allow us to securely leave our luggage with someone on arrival was withdrawn on the day. No response received to subsequent request for early check-in

The Apartment is huge, well located, 10 minutes to railway station, 2 groceries shops around.

Could have done with instructions on how to use the TV properly, we were flummoxed by it and not sure if we used the dishwasher on the correct settings. Shower room was a wee bit small but no big deal.

Nice, clean and with everything that was needed. Great location for visiting mum in Linlithgow. Very comfortable, great bed and plenty room for us both and Freya the cocker spaniel. Lovely big park across the road for morning and bedtime walks. Will definitely like to stay again.

Unfortunately trash bins in front of the apartment, but you need to store them - so what can you do. Street a bit noisy, but we have been provided earplugs. Nice idea!

Location was good - directly at a retail park with a large Tesco. Walking through the retail park: railway station to the left. Easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling.

Small rug in bedroom was a trip hazard because the edges kept turning up so moved out of way while we were there. No smoke alarms but carbon monoxide alarms present.

A guy wanting to come in and check the WiFi after being told we were not sutible for access due to getting ready for a wedding.

The TV did keep throwing my kids off any app or anything their watching , which bothered them a bit but since we were there only at evenings wasn’t too bothered about it , we have messaged the property and hope it’ll be fixed for the next person x

the building was very deceiving while it looked like normal houses front ways , round the back you’d fine a brilliant garden where you could relax , it’s about a 5 min walk from a shopping centre for all yours needs and a wee shop next to it also , the apartment itself was beautifully decorated and the bed in the bedroom was the comfiest bed ever , was suitable for my family of 4 , easy parking also , literally just out front ! we will definitely use it again !
