The room was very spacious and clean. Entrance is very practical with numeric code. Walking distance to Windsor Castle. Near Bus stop for Line 702 to London.

No black out curtains/blinds, personal choice as we have them in our room at home so you get used to them. The bathroom window was locked we were only there 1 night so not an issue but if we were there longer I would of liked to open the bathroom window, especially after showers.

The accommodation was very good, nice and clean and bright, no complaints at all. The fridge was a lovely addition, a little noisy during the dead of the night but its in a cupboard which conceals most of the noise, certainly did not keep me awake.

The pink liquid soap has a very strong smell! That's the only thing I didn't like.

The room was clean and quiet, I was very pleased with that as I needed a weekend off and I'm a very light sleeper. The location is good and near the station, and even if there's no reception everything works well and Barbara is ready to reply to every question. Very good experience.

Overall there were no issues

The location is ideal. A short walk to the busy and lively town centre and under 10 minutes to Windsor Castle! The super easy accessibility with the secure key pad is amazing! No worrying about loosing keys.

Parking. When we arrived there were no open spaces. Needed to wait for a free spot. Parking was expensive and needed to be built on top of the accommodation stay.

It was very tired and dated . Very flat pillows . The chair ripped to shreds in our room. Cushions very dirty. Staircase carpet needs hoovering.

The bedding needs upgrading and the pillows were also not ideal unfortunately The house could do with a little communal area with a sink and a microwave where guests can warm up food if they don't feel like going out, also that way they can wash up after themselves and cause no mess. Finally, this might have just happened to me but, there is a reason why I chose the option " book now pay later" on Booking.com ,if it is not preferred by the host, then it should not be offered because I was fully charged 1 week before the stay and it wasn't a pre-authorisation, it was a proper charge on my bank card.

I think there's an assumption that everyone understands "portals". There was a contact to message with questions (for example we couldn't find the check out time in the portal) but replies were quite curt as if we were bothering someone. My brother was also staying and had two rooms booked but could find info only on the first room. The replies he received were almost rude. Even if it is us being "dumb", we were made to feel we were being pests. If places don't have on-site staff, there needs to be a stronger focus on customer service (particularly with older guests).

We were travelling for a family party so I was with my sister. This is a guest house with no on-site reception and everything is done via a "portal" (not something we are used to!) Access was quite straightforward and I received the entry code and room information in advance. We got a bit lost finding the place from the bus stop but it's in a good location and was quiet considering it's on a corner. The room was clean and a good size with the twin beds requested and a fridge, small table and chairs. The shower was hot and simple to use. There is no breakfast option but a local Coop across the road was well stocked. The recommended taxi firm,Windsor Cars, was brilliant/cheap/efficient.

As well as clean and safe rooms, the location is the essence of convenience. It was a few minutes off the M4 then when we parked in the carpark a minute away from the BnB, the main action was less than a 5 minute walk away. The only question I had was answered fully by the host, the room is well stocked, supermarket over the road. All good!

There is a large fridge in the room, which is great for food/milk etc. however I did get woken up a few times when it started to freeze/defrost or what ever fridges do at 2am

It's not really a hotel, no desk, no staff etc, but the rooms are easy to access, clean and comfortable. The roomsare also a good size. The town is a vert short walk away.

The location was busier than expected, but accessible to the centre of town, which was what I needed. The public car park was close by and was well lit and I was happy to leave my car there overnight.

Sorry have had trouble writing this. I kept losing it. My fault so I am sorry

The opening of the doors worried me in advance, having no one there to help, if I couldn’t do it, ~ but all was fine!! A granddaughter at University picked me up from the railway station, so I did have some help if necessary, but didn’t actually need it!! The room was very welcoming and comfortable. The coffee and tea with biscuits was very welcome after a long journey and the following morning. Now I know how it is, I would not worry about it another time.!

I like how it was conveniently located near the main attractions and high street making it easy to travel around the area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities necessary.
