Some cleaning equipment - scourers/sponges etc would have been useful for washing up. Bed and pillows were quite soft and its a bit of a squeeze to manoeuvre around the bedroom. Broadband was not suitable for work purposes - Teams, email etc.

Location is excellent, great for sightseeing/shopping etc in Inverness. Flat was very clean and had a reasonable amount of utensils for use.

door lock was very loose and wobbly, hard to insert the key. The manager forgot to send us info on how to access the building and we had sent a message. We weren’t advised prior that there was no parking other than paid. overnight was free however, but it was a stressful beginning to our stay.

The power cut to whole are meaning the shop alarms were going off from 03.00 which keep the family awake and cold , NoT down the flat oweners . The bedroom lighting was very poor

Bed really needs an update unless you like laying on top of each other in the big dip in the middle. Drunk guests who woke us numerous times during the night.

There was a bit of comunication problem, owner didn't notice our message on booking.com and we didn't get the acces code on time. Fortunately we reached him by the phone and then could check in immediately.

Very comfortable accomodation, perfectly located. All equipment and furnish was OK. Highly recomanded.

We were not able to get into flat-key did not fit door! Keyring had 3 on it we were in flat 2. Clearly keys mixed up in keysafe! We could not contact owners -two phone numbers we were given(one a parking premise the other not recognised)Left messages on booking.com account but not answered-stressful and upsetting! Had to take my two elderly parents downstairs again with suitcases and sit in a pub while l tried to find family who were in flat upstairs who had key for our flat! Drawers(two) in bathroom were not cleaned but rest of flat clean and tidy!

It's a self-catering property but we didn't find any oven mittens or tongs or any heat-resistant equipment to safely use the oven, so grilling our food was quite a challenge. The coffee provided was barely enough for 2 persons while we had booked the place for 4. There's barely any lighting in the bedroom – the bulbs in there either need a refresh or need to be of a bit higher power.

The flat is recently renovated, so very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic – really close to the town centre with many restaurants nearby. We found a free spot right in front of the building for overnight parking until 8 in the morning, after which we moved it to the multi-storeyed (paid) carpark nearby. The keys were easy to locate and we were able to self checkin as per our convenience.

If being very picky the tv remote doesn’t really work! Also pub round the corner quite noisy but didn’t keep us up
