Apartment was bigger than we expected. It was really comfortable, and in a great location. The Craster Arms is a lovely friendly pub, and the food was excellent.

The bathroom had a bad drain odour coming from the shower and sink which was present the whole duration of our stay which was not pleasant. The kitchen sink does not have any hot water going to the tap which needs sorting. No mirrors in bedrooms.

The apartment was really nice with a lovely sitting room and two nice size bedrooms. The pub was great and is in a fantastic location. We booked a table to eat there all three nights and was not disappointed. The food was very good and the staff very helpful.

We didn’t have any problems with the place. We really enjoyed our stay.

For a small family it was a very spacious room / apartment. It was great being above the pub and so convenient for either having dinner downstairs or having a quick drink before going elsewhere or cooking a simple meal in the apartment. We worried that the patrons of the pub may be noisy but it really quietened down after 9.30 – even at weekends. Even before 9.30 there was never any raucousness and would be fine for smaller kids going to sleep. Beadnell’s a lovely place and you feel like you’re in the middle of the old village. Parking was never a problem.

Nothing to dislike really. It’s a great place to stay and all the staff are lovely and customer service brilliant. Only thing to mention is that the plumbing system could be better as the hot tap in the kitchen has hardly any pressure so it takes ages to get a bowl of hot water! the shower is also a bit fiddly to get a constant flow of hot water.

A lovely location, quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped with a full caddy of T Bags, Sugar Coffee and Milk. Also a bottle of Shiraz which was a nice touch. Clean and very comfortable. We often stay in Beadnell and have stayed in the Craster Arms before but this time in the flat upstairs which perfectly suited our needs.

The apartment could benefit from a wall hung coat rack as there is no where to hang coats or towels from the dogs. The menu in the pub has drastically reduced and the price of the meals has dramatically increased, hence we did not eat there.

The staff were absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. The flat was spacious and clean. Beadnell is lovely and has a village shop. Beautiful sandy beaches. It's also only 5 mins in the car away from Seahouses which has loads of shops and more beautiful beaches. The restaurant offering in the area is fabulous. We bought fresh crab from a seafood hut on Seahouses seafront and made our own crab linguine. 🦀. The accommodation was perfect for all our needs as a family travelling with teenagers

A shaver plug somewhere in the accommodation would have been useful (preferably on the shower & toilet room, as would mirrors in both of the bedrooms.

Did our own breakfast in the self catering kitchenette. Liked the accommodation being part of the nicest pub in the area.

one and a half day without hot water,radiators in room and kitchen didn’t work,didn’t like the fact that the toilet was down a narrow quite steep staircase which was not good if you needed to use the toilet during the night and didn’t know there was all those stairs to get to room ( for 70 year olds) No mirrors in bedrooms
