The negative thing will be the pool, is a very nice and spacious indoor pool, however, you need to book a slot of 45 minutes which is not enough if you have children and you can barely find a slot available.

Everything was the same as was described, I highly recommend it for a small or long break. The park is very clean and well-maintained, and a lot of activities not to get bored. Was a nice surprise when we open the door to see that looks the same as the pictures. Nice and spacious leaving area, clean bathroom and bedrooms. We highly recommend this property.

More signs round the camp for the exit. We tried to get to the local market and they closed the nearest exit and sat nav kept taking us back to the same exit! But some more signage would be great.

Caravan was very nice, clean and modern. There were 4 adults and 2 children and it felt like we had plenty of room, facilities provided were good and the icing on top in our caravan was we had a double size shower and two toilets, which was a real bonus and unexpected. Campsite was clean, nice pool club house and arcade. But we loved the entertainment especially the live singers later in the evening, they were fabulous. We had a fabulous time 😊 Michele G

Felt a bit run down and dated. Could be cleaner, felt smoky, dusty and musty but maybe it was closed for a while before we came. Only 2 chairs and one was broken. No wifi in the caravan was surprising and disappointing. Suggest opening up caravan before arrival for freshness and trying to decorate with some beach/white items like towels, mirrors/hooks/wall hangings. Also, outside clothes rack to hang up towels after a swim would’ve been great.

Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Lots of storage space! Loved the little fire place/warmer on the rainy day. Great pool, activity centre and restaurant within walking distance. Wonderful responsive host. With shops for coffee, milk and essentials.

Mobilhome was fine. The park's reception made a good job to insist that we get the passes to use the facilities,at extra cost. Then you have to go to the pool reception to book your slot, which is a fine process. However the slots are bookable 2 days in advance, so we bought passes, but not possible to book sessions as we were told everyday was fully booked.so on a short stay, it seems pointless. We wemt to ask for a refund as we couldnt use them. They eventually found us 2 sessions, to avoid a refund. Bit of communication needed between reception and pool reception, maybe keeping some slots open for people coming on short breaks.

Easy to find location, quick drive to city center, walkable distance from the beach. The park site was busy during half term but actually no noise, which is what we needed for a little break away. Communication with owner was great, flexible with our wishes. Cleaning was reasonably ok, just a few things we noticed as we went to use them(from previous people renting, oven trays had been used but not cleaned, couple of forks/knives... the usual). Essentials provided in the kitchen.

The single bed I slept in was too narrow for an adult, and I wish I'd swapped myself into the other twin bedroom! Completely out of the owner's hands - the road into the site was in abysmal condition, very deep potholes.

The accomodation was in excellent condition, well equipped with everything we needed, and very clean. The host was friendly and helpful. Location was good, a five minute walk to sandy beaches. Although we didn't use them, there are facilities in site eg takeaway, social club, pool, launderette.

The place itself is lovely the area the bars are really nice it was just the caravan itself that was just such a disappointment it was money thrown away We were booked up until Monday and we came home on Sunday because we couldn’t bear to stay there any longer

Well what can I say the place was horrific it was filthy the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t use any of the facilities I couldn’t even bear myself to cook in the cooker because it was that dirty absolutely disgusting dreadful. I read the reviews and thought I’ll book it, because there were some really nice reviews, but obviously when we went in ourselves it smelt of cigarettes if anyone’s booking to stay here, please do not book this caravan is absolutely disgusting. The clothes has things on it. I’m not sure if you left the bedsheets were changed. The cushions are absolutely dreadful. I’m sure they could go and pick some up from IKEA, they’re really not that expensive And we ended up paying £300 for it. We probably thought we got a bargain but next time I’d rather pay a little bit more and stay somewhere where I can be more comfortable

In the announcement it says that during the period when we go the pool is open, apparently not, nothing was open in the complex, not even to the information was, the barrier was faulty, You had to go the other way if I was lucky enough to get a car out

Everything was ok, although I had problems with the location at first, I got another one in return. We'll come back...

Great location Caravan situated in a quiet location but still not to far from all amenities , swimming pool , arcades ect. The evening entertainment was really good and kept our 4 children entertained. Caravan was clean and comfy and the added extras Of children's dvds Board games Hand towels Cleaning products Shower gel We're a lovely touch 😊 from Louise who was happy to help if I needed anything. Beach is just on door step of the complex and you can get a bus in to clacton Town too if you don't have your own transport x

Site was awful, so run down and nothing really worked in the arcades it really needs a complete revamp. The caravan was lovely but when you look closely there’s a lot of things that weren’t finished very well when fixed which let it down as it’s a nice caravan also the window at the front is blown so affects looking out onto the site. Site was very loud late a night so affected our sleep.

The caravan was very clean and tidy and you had everything there you needed.
