Even though all the sighs reduce noise to minimum was so awful people there playing at 11 pm shouting slamming doors being just so selfish wanted to punch them.. otherwise place is really nice.

I was glad to take my own scented candle in a jar as - though not overpowering - I could smell the cleaning fluids used in the bathroom.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious. I liked that I had my own little store of cutlery, plates and they provided a little bit of coffee to filter. Super convenient location for the purpose of my stay. Close to lots of interesting shops, bars and cafes.

not having any sort of bin in my apartment was difficult. nowhere to put unwanted items until going out to the kitchen. its strange not actually having a wardrobe or drawers to place clothes.

Due to being vegan, I took my own breakfast, milk and butter. I don't expect these to be provided. It was good to have use of the microwave.

Our heater didn’t work but we weren’t too cold in the end. Very noisy with young children playing in games room, thin walls, but all was quiet after 10pm.

My girlfriend found the pillows too big, but she's fussy. Rooms were not very soundproof.

The room was cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. Bathroom facilities and provided soaps were great. Common room and self-check in/out was cool.

The bathroom sliding door did not quite shut so privacy was not possible - that was the only thing as everything else was great.

Quirky set up, novel use of an old building. Comfy beds, great facilities, many extras such as a spare bulb for the lamp, everything we could want. Imagine, a table tennis table, pool table, an honesty bar, plus a really well stocked kitchen plus a fridge and kettle, coffee maker etc in our room.

Parking is really limited and a bit of a nightmare or I’m being 100% honest, expect to have to park down the road and walk up, also a man got arrested right outside 3+ police cars outside which did put us off but no fault of the hotels at all, but it is right next to a skate park so be aware of that also

Really lovely idea, different to a tradition hotel and it was clean, comfortable and tidy, there was a pool table and ping pong table which we took advantage of :) reasonably priced and lots of little refreshments included for tea etc self check in and out which was also great as it was flexible and no faff

My teenage son loves the table tennis and pool table at the communal area. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, dishwasher is provided. Very nice.

The drinks dispenser was out of order. The bed for the 3rd person was less comfortable than the bigger bed.

The self-check in is very easy, and all informations are provided by email and text. The rooms are clean, big shower, air conditioning. Ping pong table and a shared kitchen. Beautiful common areas.

For the price was in a handy location and nicely fitted out, a cool place to come with friends for a few nights away. Had everything you’d need eg shampoo, milk in the fridge, towels etc.

Aircon unit in our room had no remote so wouldnt work.

Great communal area with useful kitchen, free pool table, table tennis and board games, sofa area and dining table. We had bedroom one which had a double bed and a seperate part with bunk beds which worked well for my boys and I. Access was easy with codes for doors and key boxes. Would stay here again. We parked on the street around the corner which was free from 5pm to 9am and then used Ringo app to pay for some extra parking in the morning without having to go back to the car. Nice modern interior, very comfy and clean.
