We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This was an ideal work/personal break trip, such a lovely friendly hotel, always happy to help and to make my stay very enjoyable. Food was well cooked, service was always with a smile and the room was clean and comfortable. A good location to explore the area, if you’re a walker then this couldn’t be better. I’d happily return, and I will given the opportunity.

This was a little gem of a find away from the hussle and bussle of the world. Beautiful location and amazing walks around the Quantocks. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble gor them. Food lovely. Peaceful break away would definitely return. This was a last minute book and so glad we did.

United KingdomThe hotel and staff were fantastic. The hotel as a whole is in a beautiful quiet setting all very well maintained. The room was spotless, cosy and comfortable. We booked to eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was amazing. They didnt have a kids menu however the staff were happy to make something child friendly. The breakfast (continental) was included in the price and again was well set out with plenty of variety with the added option to pay for additional cooked foods. Would happily stay again if ever visiting the area. Excellent value for money!
