Didn't know how to work the electric hobs, but we ate out for dinner so it didn't matter

Really comfortable, warm, great location, quiet, dark sky, by the sea. Close to nearby Gaelic college, museum ( with coffee shop), and brewery with a lovely coffee shop ! Handy for the Armadale ferry.

Would benefit from a small fan heater in the bathroom, a side table on each side of the bed and a mirror in the main room.

Such a spacious yet cosy holiday home with everything you need in a gorgeous spot. Easy to find in a quieter part of the Isle but still able to get everywhere you need. Owners were amazing and super responsive and helpful. Just LOVED this place!

Nothing to dislike at all, other than having to leave.

The cabin is beautiful and furnished to a higher standard than others I have stayed in, you can tell thought had been put into the layout and fixture and fittings making it more stylish and unique. The location was great, although not in the most touristy area it means you have somewhere quiet to relax after a day exploring and there’s plenty around the south of the island to see also. Close to restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Broadford for fuel and the coop there’s also local shops 5 minutes away. There’s a really pretty bay with a castle ruin 2 minutes away also. The bed was super comfy, although I was originally worried about how soft the mattress was, it was actually perfect and the bedding was great quality. Easy and quick to heat with good lighting and cooking facilities. The owner is also very friendly and replied to any questions very quickly and had a genuine interest in making sure we were having a good stay. Also love a rain fall shower 😊

There’s nothing to dislike about this property, if you are looking for a place to stay on Skye then look no further. Cosy, Modern and above all Ruairidh couldn’t be more welcoming and always contactable if needed. We can’t wait to get back

A bit overpriced, but so are all BnB's, hotels, ... on isle of Skye. Otherwise: none!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were very helpful with messages advising how to check in and who to contact if any questions. There was no issue with us arriving a bit late on the first day. The room/cabin itself is amazing. It has everything that you could need and we loved cooking for ourselves and relaxing after a day of driving around. We loved the decor and the option of chilling on the deck. The location may not be right at the doorstop of some of the Isle of Skye major attractions but it is WELL WORTH the distance and in some ways it was actually nicer to have a quieter home base offset from the main road. Thank you very much for such a relaxing stay and 100% recommend to others!

That we could only stay for 1 night!

The little cabin was perfectly equipped, cosy and romantic under the stars! It is in the perfect location to travel back to mainland Scotland by ferry, about 10 minutes away. We would recommend 100% and would love to return next time we visit this beautiful area of Skye.
