It took a while to heat up the room and you’re not able to leave the heaters on whilst out of the room but luckily it wasn’t really cold when we stayed.

The location was fantastic. The room was well equipped, including breakfast and snack items. The bed was very comfortable.

Location ideal walking distance to town was a nice leisurely walk , the view was stunning. Would highly recommend

Bit of a longer walk from town than anticipated but a lovely walk.

The WiFi in our room was TERRIBLE!!!!!!! WiFi was passable in the other parts of the hotel, I think it was just our room. Soory, I can[t remember which room number we had.

The location was really nice. It was a short 5 minute walk to restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself is unique and very well maintained. The rooms were nice sized, but like many boutique hotels in the UK, the bathrooms are small. As others have said, parking is a little unusual. Guests have to "double stack" their cars and leave their contact info in case another guest needs to get out of the car park. While not ideal.....it is much better than the other hotels we saw nearby that had ZERO parking on their facilities.....don't let this scare you away. There was also some great sitting areas where you could kick back and relax in front of a bay window overlooking the ocean. That was great!!!

Great location, lovely walk along the Esplanade to get between the hotel and the ferry port/railway station/cafes/shops. There is also a frequent bus service if needed. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend.

Water pressure for the shower could have been a lot better. Poor WiFi. Never got the breakfast rolls we were promised.

No on site staff. Parking is off street but you get locked in.

Wonderful room with unbeatable view of the sea. Breakfast is no longer provided at this guest house which was a disappointment but there are lots of places to get food in Oban. The bed was not very comfortable and the parking was a problem. It is off street parking but our car was blocked in for the entire 5 days we were there. There was no staff on site to greet us on arrival and our key was left in a basket just inside the front door. Very nice place but it lacked the personal touches we had expected.

The hotel did not have an on site bar. This was the only thing I though would have made it perfect.

The hotel was clean, good facilities in the room. With snacks, juice tea coffee and porridge. The room was a good size. The views from the lounge were outstanding. The owners were lovely and very attentive.

Parking arrangements were "unusual" as you had to double park which meant getting disturbed if people wanted to get their car out or you had to park in the street.

Could hear people in adjoining room. Wi-Fi didn’t work for us, I think due to location of our room in the building so that was a bit disappointing.

Room very comfortable and very clean. Beds comfy. Usb sockets are a great addition. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of storage space. Decent shower and lovely big towels.

We were unable to have our curtains open during our entire visit because there were people walking outside the ground floor room to and from their parked cars. Plus there were neighbours whose windows looked right into our room. But it was a last minute booking but I think this should be made aware to guests booking this room.

Location was excellent, a good walk into town. The view from the sitting room which was available to guests was lovely especially considering we had no view from our own room.

The shower door meant once bathroom door was closed i couldnt get past the shower door and toilet etc etc to get into shower without going into bedroom. Basicly having a shower curtain would be a better option to save flashing my wife everytime i wanted a shower. Parking was awkward one day couldnt get car out as another room had blocked us in.

Good location and lovely view from window across oban bay. Big bedroom lots of storage, heaps of extras in room juice buiscuits etc etc. Bed was big and room very clean.
