Easy to find, has car parking ,quiet location but quick walk to high street

Nothing not to like!

The guest house is in a lovely, quiet location while still being just a short walk from the train station and town. Liz is a very friendly, accommodating host and the guest house is very clean, well presented and comfortable. Checking-in was very simple and it's easy to come and go as you please. There are good tea/coffee making facilities in the room, a decent hairdryer, good shower and fresh, comfy beds. There is a good selection on offer for breakfast and it's all very well organised. If we visit Falmouth again in the future we would definitely stay at Cotswold House again.

The stay at the Cotswold House was perfect for our needs, the owners were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the food was always freshly preparared, the full English was cooked perfectly and well presented, the fruit was fresh daily, all in all we have a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The 4pm check in is quite late particularly if it's just an overnight stay.

Immaculately clean with contemporary furnishings. I wasn't there long enough to utilise all the facilities but I'm sure that if I did I would struggle to find fault.

Lovely little b&b, very conveniently located within a short walk to train station as well as city centre. Room was very cosy and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly owner, and the breakfast options are superb!

We couldn't fault this accommodation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a lovely bathroom and view and was spotlessly clean. All ammenities offered. It was a short walk from neaches/town centre and the breakfast was well organised and delicious. I would recommend staying here.
