Spacious, well equipped, modern fixtures and fittings/appliances, immaculately clean and tidy. Great internet speed, large modern wet room (no bath), beautiful quiet countryside location.

The cottage was just what we needed, a comfortable relaxing and peaceful break. From the moment we arrived we fell into a country bliss, the surroundings were beautiful. The cottage itself was perfect, clean and very well equipped. Gwen, Martin and Archie were fantastic hosts, readily on hand if anything was needed but equally respectful of our privacy. Thankyou for letting us enjoy this piece of heaven ☺️

Could have done with some coat hooks and maybe more towel rails in the bathroom. But other than that, nothing much to complain about!

Lovely, modern, bright & airy, well equipped cottage in a beautiful, peaceful, secluded location. Nice welcome pack and friendly hosts. Warm & cosy. Very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Good location for exploring the Isle of Purbeck. Good broadband.

A very tranquil setting, well equiped property and very helpful and friendly hosts. The welcome pack with the basics, including eggs laid by their own chickens, was a lovely touch.

Nothing. Or perhaps that the property wasn't detached and had a connecting door in the living room. But we had very quiet neighbours.

Although we had a door code the owners of the property came to welcome us! They informed the next day us about walks. Great base to explore (the coast of) Dorset. The kitchen and bad room ware large. The owner borrowed us a nightviewer to look for animals at night. Unforgettable is the walk we had together with the owner at night in search of deers, foxes and badgers.

the property was great, everything you need for a great stay. very clean and well presented. it’s situated local enough (small drive) to a town to get bits you need and pubs/restaurants. plenty of crockery etc to be able to cook yourself.

A very quiet idyllic place, for relaxation after a hike at the beautiful coast. Sitting outsite, have a barbeque, enjoy the nature and the hens. Inside is also very pretty and spacious. Very nice owners, and a generous present when we arrived. Especially the fresh eggs from the hens. Thank you Gwen and Martin.

Lovely, really spacious, light and airy cottage set well away from the hustle and a springboard to the Dorset countryside and coast. Very well equipped with everything you need for a weekend or a whole week. After a long walk (well, we did a 30 mile ultramarathon) the bed was to die for. Like a great big warm comforting cuddle - utter bliss 😊 The shower was utterly fab, so too was the heating, which was zonal so you could have the bedroom cool and the sitting room warm in the evenings. Absolutely perfect for couples, those who like the big open or anyone just wanting to get away from it all. A few essentials (treats) were waiting for us when we arrived, which was hugely appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate one bit to make a repeat booking - loved it! Thank you Gwen 🙏🏼

Some noise from the next door accommodation when they were watching TV but not too bad. Also we could have done with a larger covered caserole dish.

Nice, light and spacious accommodation. Loved seeing a herd of about 150-200 deer on one of our walks from the cottage. Within easy driving distance of three NT coastal carparks with exceptionally beautiful cliff walks.

Location was great easy to drive to places of interest, but while you were there it seemed like you were in the wilds. loved the sheep and chickens at the location.
