Sometimes the electronic blinds did not operate properly but this was not a problem to spoil our enjoyment and stay.

The location was fantastic and the whole flat is very well equipped. The two bathrooms are a bonus and very useful when you have more than two adults in the flat which is a good size and spacious. The Conservatory and outside seating area is really relaxing at the end of a day. It is also less than a ten minute walk to the town centre and main shopping area.

The property was very clean ,tidy and in a great location 5min walk from train station and all local amenities. Very easy checking in and a great host who had put the heating on for when we arrived.

Lovely roomy ground floor apartment only 10 minutes from the town centre. Felt like living in someone’s home as had everything you could need. Lovely outdoor space too

Nothing we didn't like. Although the heating did come on and it wasn't clear how to turn it down, but if we'd stayed longer we would have contacted the owner for help. However this was a minor point.

The accommodation was beautiful, it had absolutely everything we needed plus more. All appliances were high value. Excellent condition maintained to a very high standard. Perfect location for Harrogate and just 3 miles from Knaresborough (walkable distance) Great communication with owner. 2 couples stayed for 2 nights but could easily stay longer, excellent value for money. Both bedrooms were massive with own bathroom (no need to flip a coin for the small one)

great size, spacious bedrooms, well provisioned, clean, perfect location for town centre. stayed 4 nights over Xmas and cooked Xmas dinner in the kitchen without any trouble.

I think the only issue was that we were a group of 6 adults and the sofa bed in the lounge was to accommodate 2 of us. it was far too small so I would suggest either that is advertised for 5 adults or only small children on the sofa bed. We were fortunate that one of our party fell I’ll so there was only 5 and it was perfect.

The property was very well equipped and clean. When contacting the owners they were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Area wasn't the nicest. Walk into town especially via the tunnel was grim. Neighbors from top of the property asked sarcastically whether we enjoyed our party? We had a 3 year old and we definitely had no party. Apartment below made some noise coming in late but still not a party !

Loved the gadgets and the big bedrooms. Short walk to town and an Asda nearby.

only worries were parking outside property due to our elderly parents not being able to walk far but when we got there we waited and got a place so not really an issue we are not used to busy towns so bit of a culture shock

Only problem was the noise from upstairs as as kids leaping around right above our bedroom. You are supposed to respect other guests and the people above us clearly didn't, we understand this is not the fault of the property.

All facilities were fantastic, 2 lovely large bedrooms with their own bathroom, wonderful comfortable lounge, kitchen with everything you could possibly need and dining table in conservatory where we ate our breakfast. 2 outside areas to sit and plenty of space. Gorgeous decor and very modern.

There were no toilet rolls but a few pieces on the end of a roll. Had to go out and buy some which was not good. Also there was an empty hamper box that had been left for the guests the week before from the hosts. Unfortunately, we didn’t get this option.
