Although the road was a little noisy we still got a good sleep .

Some of the lights in the room didn’t work , and the rooms on the road side of the building were a little noisy, but overall a good hotel with very nice restaurant food b good would definitely stay again ideal for Meadowhall shopping .

The most annoying thing was squeeky door in the bathroom and rooms (room 328). Other issue was lack of ingredients to the food at breakfast buffet. All pastry had the description, statement was (v)-vegan, but no ingredients, so allergy kids couldn't even consider it as it was too risky. Pool and gym area was absolutely freezing, husband decided not to go. Had to request duvet twice as for 2 kids they only had 1 small duvet on sofa-bed, first duvet request wasn't fulfilled. On a second request it was brought in, thank you. Fridge was leaking water, all content was wet in the end. Kettle was louder than alarm. Another extra annoying thing that in a second bedroom with sofa-bed there was no night light, and no lamps could be taken out from main bedroom as all were hard-wired, so we had to keep light in a corridor for kids to be able to see their way to the toilet.

Plenty of towels were on offer, 2 robes too, thank you. Rooms were big, we weren't expecting 2 separate rooms. Plenty of sockets.

I would have preferred chips with my evening meal instead of lukewarm fries with my burger.

Excellent choices for breakfast for any tastes or preferences. Beautifly presented and kept clean. Hotel very easy to find straight off the A1 at junction 33. Only took a couple of minutes to get there.

We had nearly hour wait for our food. . Staff kept oplogising for delay We were cold & hungry. It was husbands birthday. So but upsetting. We were apologized to profusely & no charge for meal or drinks rest of night to make up for it. Food was exlent when got it. TV

We booked a family room, but the sofa bed (for our teenager) wasn't made up on arrival. However, we informed the desk and someone came straight away and made up the bed.

Comfortable room, food available until 10pm, which suited us as we arrived 8.30pm after a long journey and wanted something substantial to eat.

A bit over priced. The food choices for breakfast is not the best that I have seen.

No illumination for hotel sign coming from Rotherham town centre.Difficult to see the turn off to hotel.

If I had any criticism it would be that the bar/cafe area was not always staffed and on occasion I had to request service from Reception. I also was a little disappointed that my bedding wasn't changed during my stay.

The hotel was in a good location, clean and good value for money. The staff were professional and polite.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. Shout out to Dan who served us at Dinner. Really good service 👍🏻 They have a swimming pool and gym too.
