No condiments like tea/sugar etc No on site parking available at the minute and the NCP car park cost £20 to park for 24 hours.

Location for a night out in the city was excellent! 1 minute walk to the cool bars and restaurants of the lace market area. Great views of the city. The apartment was warm and very comfortable and there is a very safe feeling with good security.

Bedroom was warm in short while after switching the heater on in the room. Rest of the apparent was cold for us but we had to get up at 5am - said that there was a extra heater we put on i the living room area

It was a bit complicated getting in, it might be an idea to send a quick 30 second video to help out. The window in the second bedroom was either broken or stuck slightly open, letting in so much cold air and noise so I wasn't able to sleep in there. A couple of the radiators wouldn't turn on, but that may be an oversight on my behalf. Scaffolding out the front which housed pigeons that were relentless from early hours both mornings, but that's only temporary and not the owners fault of course.

Apartment was decently priced (if booked well enough in advance). Close enough to everything in the centre, and surprisingly quiet residents for a city centre apartment block. Decent size, most of the things you'd need provided, decent shower too.

The bedroom windows had a small gap in one corner when shut.

Gorgeous decor, great location. Felt like a home from home. Very clean and comfy. Good facilities and provisions. It was very close to the city centre and there was a small shop nearby too for milk etc. Parking is available at the building but due to the external refurb it wasn't accessible but there was NCP parking a few mins walk away.

No communication with staff once our stay began despite sending numerous messages requesting a late check out. Everything was fine with apartment but if we had any issues how would we have contacted the owners?

3:30 check in and 10:30 check out both are a little wrong in my opinion, nothing else to moan about

It was a very good price and easy to locate I did have trouble with the key so had to phone the number given for help, it was answered very quickly which was great! At the time of our stay there was scaffolding all around the building which did take away any privacy unless all the blinds were closed but this is a short term issue. Other than that the apartment is large well equipped and very clean

Pillows a bit hard but that's down to preference, disappointed we weren't told about the renovations happening as it was full of scaffold with the netting all around. We were on the top floor so the view would of been amazing otherwise, apart from that fab 1 night stay!!

if I’d been staying longer a few extras would’ve helped such as cleaning materials (sponges/dish cloths/washing up bowl etc) we managed but those extras would’ve made a helpful difference
