The potato's... didn't like the sauce they came in. Lovely hotel, rooms beautiful.. but shower experience, was rubbish, would give a miss! No pressure in the shower

The WiFi wasn't the best. The window in my room felt like it was going to fall out! The bathroom fan was a bit noisy and took a while to switch off.

Couldn’t use many of the plug sockets due to their location (couldn’t fit plug in due to the space underneath). Lighting in room not very bright. Phone didn’t work in room. Bathroom needed updating. Bath didn’t drain water when in the shower. Shower really noisy.

The water pressure for the shower wasn’t very good and the sealant around the tray is starting to come away. The hairdryer in the room had a plug pin missing but reception had this swapped quickly.

The location is very good for getting everywhere I need to in the Lincoln area. The staff are fantastic! Friendly, warm welcome and sorted out the small issues quickly without any hassle. Will def stay again as this is the perfect base for visiting relatives.

The shower was very poor just dribbled out. The receptionist booked us a taxi but well overpriced. So would of preferred to have had a price before we left if we had of realised. 😒

I have stayed before and previously mentioned that the 3 pin socket was poorly situated. If you need to use the mirror and use extra hair straighteners or tongs, the plug will not fit because the socket has been levelled to the counter top. So take a double adapter!!! Aside from that. Everything was good.

The property was very compact and cozy, no long hallways to walk down for the room, (luckily ours was close to the entrance anyway) everything was clean and well laid out. Only a short walk to the restaurant too which was very convenient. Probably the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on too (we stayed in the superior room).

The hotel cannot hide its 1970s origin. The bathroom is tiny and not well ventilated, the room was an odd shape and that limits the window space.

Recently refurbished, this older hotel is quite well appointed, with a bar and restaurant available. It was a newish mattress and comfortable. The room was clean and quite spacious with all the usual equipment supplied.
