Don't think the breakfast was worth the money but serving staff were very nice so hospitality did make up for it.

The parking around the back was vert tight and not practical. Had it been explained there was a public car park 1 minute walk away, I would have happily have parked there instead.

The location was great in regards to what we wanted, we were looking for somewhere near the casino. There us also the pier facing and a witherspoon 2 mins away. Staff very welcoming and friendly, complimentary drinks on arrival, telephone call day before arrival gave me peace of mind. Lovely breakfast too. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Good value for money.

Great location for all attractions in the south, tram only 2 minutes walk away for attractions further afield. Supermarket only 50 yards away . Superb breakfast, attentive staff, nothing to much trouble. Recommended, would stay again

we didn’t get told that we would have someone come to our room to change bins and give us more coffee and milk, we only had the bedroom bin emptied and not the bathroom one.

The staff were lovely always happy to help, breakfast was amazing. The room was really clean and up to expectations. You get given keys to get in through the front door of the property as well as one for your room, so you go out and come back at any time. The hotel was really close to the south pier and water park and the pleasure beach but it wasn’t open this time of year, opens march time. Trams are really regular and it’s about a half an hour to forty minute walk to the town centre. Staff come to empty bins and refil the coffee and milk in your rooms.

not really an issue but couldn’t park on-site due to having a mini bus.

clean warm welcome nice warm clean room. the bar was great and we all had a free drink they allowed us to bring in chippy tea and eat in the back bar area, it has pool table and table football great for the kids.all and all very accommodating.
