We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainPrice is for the room, as a solo traveller i pay the same as for two people, so to add £10 for the dog overnight ( we left at 2.45am for eurotunnel) is extortionate.

United KingdomClearly there was a problem with rats. I was shocked to see Outside the room there were rat traps which didn’t bode well. The room smelled of hospitals. We came with a baby and asked if they could store milk however in the morning reception was shut so couldn’t get milk and didn’t see signs how to contact anyone.
Good location. Access to restaurants. Requested ground floor due to mother being elderly although could do with renovations the bathroom had good facilities handrails, alarms in case assistance was need. Mother pulled the alarm by accident and a member of staff came to check everything was ok. The bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was available. Tea and coffee making facilities. No water was available so had to drink the bathroom water.
